We stayed just one night wish we had more time. The house is so nicely redone and has a charm. Our hosts were great and so friendly. We had a nice stay. Bed was comfortable and the whole room was charming. Breakfast was served in the main house in the dining room. Was very good and had a good visit with our host. If we are in the area would love to stay longer. Thank you for a great stay after a long weekend of race watching.

What a wonderful 1st B&B Experience. Diane & Andrew were so gracious & welcoming. Their food was amazing and visiting with the other guests at breakfast was so pleasant. We enjoyed relaxing on the front & back yard decks and also visiting the small downtown area. The remodel on this Victorian was amazing, as they brought it back to its original glory, they even offer tea parties, which unfortunately we didn't have time for. A definite must try location. Beautifully restore old mansion house in Columbiana Alabama. The owner's, Diane and Andrew, are the epitome of southern hospitality. The room was large, the bed comfortable and it was quiet. The only complaint was that the bathroom is a little small, but that did not detract from the wonderful experience. The breakfast was great, with hot baked muffins or bread every morning and very filling

I have stayed at the Columbiana Inn on several occasions when in town on business and I’ve always had a fantastic experience. Stayed last night, Aug. 25. Didn’t get into town until 8:30 p.m. I had driven for six hours through pouring rain and was ready to rest. Owner Andrew Moore greeted me and checked me into my room quickly, set up with WiFi. I stayed in the Judge’s room in one of the most comfortable beds ever — so comfortable I asked what kind of mattress I had slept on and owner Diane texted me a photo of the brand. She had the photo handy because so many people comment on how comfortable the bed is and inquire about it! The entire room has every amenity you could possibly need, and is thoughtfully decorated with many special touches, like the crystal prisms that hang in front of the window and sprinkle colorful light when the sun shines through. The period furnishing are beautiful, but comfortable and functional. I was gone by 8 a.m. after enjoying one of owner Diane Moore’s delicious breakfasts of quiche, fresh fruit, bacon and coffee. Perfect way to start a work day. The Moores know what they are doing and anticipate and provide for every comfort, such as the washer and dryer, available to guests if need, or the fridge filled with drinks or basket of snacks. They are an interesting, friendly couple who are amazing ambassadors for their town and are very involved in their community. I am so thankful this exceptional place — Columbiana Inn — is available to me when I come for business to Shelby County. It’s a valuable asset in the Columbiana community. Thank you for your hospitality. It’s so nice to be able to make reservations and know in advance I’m going to have a great stay.

This was a perfect little anniversary weekend getaway! He very much enjoyed our stay. We felt pampered. Breakfast was wonderful. There was an upstairs and downstairs porch that was perfect for morning coffee or afternoon wine. We also enjoyed the Afternoon Tea - the service was fantastic, the tea was wonderful and the food delicious! I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet getaway. It was just what we were looking for. The hosts/owners were wonderful - very personable and helpful.

This Bed & Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Small suite that was exactly the right size for our over night stay. Walk through town was perfect and then sat on the front porch for an evening drink. Loved the stay and the morning breakfast was great. I look forward to our next trip and I highly recommend this wonderful B&B.

We had a delightful weekend at the Columbiana Inn. Our son was getting married at a venue nearby and I wanted a place our family could be together for the weekend. We were all traveling from different places, at different times. The house with its 6 bedrooms each with our own bath, provided a place large enough for all of us to be together, but have our own space. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch each evening after the wedding events. Diane and her husband were the perfect hostesses. They prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. They live on the second floor, so they are available if needed, but never intrusive. It was like we were at home, but I didn't have to cook or clean. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us for our very special weekend.

Enjoyed the High Tea brunch with my cousin. Diane was the best hostess & does an excellent job with all the delicious food she provided. It was a delightful experience and will plan to do it again in the near future.

My family reserved two rooms for our overnight visit to attend my oldest daughter's graduation from Montevallo University. The home and rooms were very beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and we all enjoyed visiting with one another on the porches that faced the main street. The Moore's had plenty of snacks and beverages downstairs for our family to enjoy, which was particularly popular with our grade school age daughters. Unfortunately, breakfast did not start until after 8 and,` since we had to depart before breakfast, we had to settle for a continental breakfast.

We will be back!!!!... It was everything I imagined and more. The innkeepers were very nice, and the property was very clean and gorgeous. The rooms were very nice and it was very nice for a weekend getaway. And its affordable. We really loved the experience.
