*Please keep noise in general within reason.
* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*Do not burn trash.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.
*Lost or not returning the Park Pass will result in a $60 charge for replacement.

Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am.
After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through AIRBNB app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension.

Great spot to getaway. Plenty of hiking spots within 30 minutes. Amenities were as described and the place was very clean.

Cabin was clean and charming loved the personal touches there are games puzzles erc as welll and it is in a quiet wooded area pet friendly which we wanted the host communicated quickly as well loved the hot tub and the screened in back porch we were able to bring the dogs out there with us only suggestion is maybe a shorter bed the main bed was so tall even with the step stool was a bit hard ..everything was great though :)

Clean, cozy, and away from the hustle

Super clean, well decorated, and cozy cabin for my wife and child. Lost cell service around the cabin, which I was a fan of. Wifi works well once connected though. My wife is super picky and demands places to be clean and she loved this place. Stayed in the winter so the leaves weren’t out which could limit privacy around the hot tub and bonfire if the neighbors are out and snooping really hard if you’re worried about that. We plan to come back in the summer or fall though for another getaway as it was otherwise perfect.

Perfect couples night

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I! We are able to relax and enjoy the quiet. The location is secluded and quiet yet perfectly close to the winery and lake areas. We were also able to bring our dog and he enjoyed the woods and sitting on the porch with us. It was a great time and we plan on returning!

Beautiful cabin and location but lacking in some basic amenities

I really wanted to be able to give this property 5 stars but just couldn't because of some irritating details. Let me start by saying the cabin is really beautiful and in a wonderful location. It is decorated nicely and was very clean and the check in was easy and communication good with the host. Some of the things that I found irritating at the cabin are things that can be easily remedied. The cabin is not good for a person who is short. The bed is ridiculously high and has a step to get into bed but was dangerous to exit at night. The ceiling fan is such that you will hit your head when sitting up in bed. I could not see or reach what was on the 2nd and 3rd shelves of the kitchen cabinets and there was no stool and has only 2 chairs, which are converted tractor seats, I couldn't even use a chair to access the cabinets. There are only 2 chairs at the kitchen table and one in broken at the bottom leg and doesn't sit level. Adding 2 bar stools would help and the bar stool could also double a kitchen stool to reach the cabinets. The living room has a comfy couch and a rocking chair. Again, these seats are nice but to accommodate 4 people comfortably, you need to add at least another chair or love seat. There isn't a coffee table in the living room. There is no dish strainer for washing dishes. Need another chair in the bedroom for changing and luggage rack due to full closet full of pillows. The pantry area is full of games leaving no room for food.

What a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the cabin. The location was convenient to many places, yet quiet and private. The large screened-in porch was such a special place in the mornings and evenings. We loved the deer who visited daily. Thank you Ashley for your great communication and easy instructions.

Too Short of a Weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was adorable and homey. Our boys and their wives, as well as, my husband and I thought the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. It was not too far from the lake and just a short drive to the Marina in which we booked a boat. I would think most would enjoy their stay. Ashley, the manager, was very helpful, quick to respond, and very nice. Thanks for allowing us to stay! Kathy Rayburn

Great Cabin!

Stayed at this cabin for our anniversary. A great place to stay after a long day on Patoka Lake. Great Cabin! Great location! Cabin was fully stocked and clean. Check in was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

Horrible experience

My mother and grandma was going to stay at this property for one night, but could not stay at the property for more than over an hour due to the temperature of the cabin. They had to turn the baseboard heaters all the way up and even after an hour of doing so, the temperature never got above 40°F in the cabin. I am informed the property manager of the issues and she was not wanting to cooperate at all with the issues that was taking place. The property manager was very rude when trying to report the issues and get a solution due to the temperatures outside I would not recommend this place at all, as we took pictures of the temperature in the cabin as proof, and reported it as well due to it being a safety concern for those who needed to stay warm during the cold weather that’s currently taken place , the property manager also did not have the stairs or the porch cleaned for the arrival of my family members. My family members actually almost fell down the stairs due to the ice and snow on the steps when she had several hours to clean off the steps and porch before check in. This was the most horrible experience that me, or my family members has ever encountered and would never stay at this place or any property that is run by the property manager due to the lack of concern, and help that we received during our issues.

Leadership Retreat

Beautiful cabin tucked at the if the road in the Hoosier National Forest! Very clean cabin that provided everything we needed to hoist a 6 person team nearing. WiFi worked great and fire pit area created the perfect conference area. Hospitality by hoist was great and cabin was furnished with everything we needed. Thanks for a great trip!
