The room had roaches crawling everywhere and some dirty laundry was left in the bathroom from the previous customers. Location on the beach was great but that is all

Staff was fine, the room was dirty, curtains had holes in them and would not stay closed right, no security lock on the other than key entry. No coffee in room, breakfast was a cup of coffee and a blueberry or chocolate chip muffin in a package. The area did not look safe and not accessible to where we wanted to go to.

If I could give no stars, I would! This place is filthy! This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at! Had to book last minute and due to Mardi Gras festivities near by, this was one of the few hotels with availability. The toilet did not flush, the inside of the toilet bowl had a black ring, the shower curtain liner had mold! The inside of the tub was also filthy! The room in general was dusty and dirty! Bed frame was loose, probably broken and we found dirty socks near the bed! Just stay away completely or sleep in your car if you have to! If I could rename this hotel, it would be Super bed bug inn express because wth!!!?? Shame on management and owners for running such a filthy establishment, I cannot believe they have the audacity to run such a place! Front desk staff was also rude! My no limit Amex was declined for their itty bitty $40 deposit & had to use my debit because their crappy system couldn’t process my card and he was extremely rude & obnoxious about it like my no limit Amex didn’t have the funds!!! Amex was really trying to warn me and keep me away from this filth of a place! Should’ve turned around right then and there! You’ve been warned!

The bathroom had dead roaches on the floor and no toilet paper. The beds only had a fitted sheet and a very thin bedspread with dirty pillow cases. One positive is the air conditioner was very cold except for the no blanket on the bed.

the room i was originally checked into had dirty sheets the was shown 3 more room where the sheets were dirty i booked a smoking room but they didn’t have clean sheets as well we had no hot water rooms are in horrible condition bathroom doors falling apart and it look like the floor has been moped since the hotel was opened

Very dirty not clean at all. No hot water and also no cold water. Pipes hanging out of the walls 1 1/2 inck gap under the front door. Looked like a 3 year old remolded the place. Could not park my trailer and had to pay someone else to park. Very pour looking place. Have stayed in better super 8's in worse placeses. Needs a tear down and rebuilt.

The lobby was clean, staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms were dirty. Floors needed serious cleaning. Our key cards stoped working a few times so we had to get new ones.
