Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to view our beautiful condo at the Legacy Towers. We are new owners and have made many upgrades including fresh paint and new luxury vinyl plank flooring. We want to make your visit an experience you will always remember!

This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers breath taking unobstructed views of the Mississippi Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Its location allows you to watch the passing boats and catch an occasional glimpse of the playful Dolphins that swim and call the Mississippi Sound home. The large private terrace with relaxing furniture provides the perfect vantage point for viewing the sunrise and sunsets against the sparkling water.

Our condo comes fully furnished and includes a reserved, covered ground level parking space, with just a short walk to the condo lobby and elevators.
The living room features a view of the Gulf of Mexico, a new 55” smart TV, new entertainment console, and a queen sleeper sofa allowing the unit to accommodate 6 guests. The open floor plan offers a bright and inviting space to entertain, while the large balcony provides the perfect space to relax, enjoy the spectacular views, have a cocktail or a light evening meal.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite counters, wet bar and breakfast bar to make cooking and entertaining truly enjoyable!
The master suite has been renovated with new furniture including a one of a kind dresser hand painted by a local artist and a new smart TV. The king size bed with luxury bedding provides direct access to the balcony with a wake-up view of the Gulf of Mexico. The private bath has granite countertops, double sinks, garden tub, walk in shower and plush towels.

The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, luxury bedding, flat screen TV, and access to the guest bath with granite countertops and shower-tub combination.
The bonus room is equipped with a desk and chair providing an office away from home.

The Legacy Towers Condominium amenities include 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, sauna, whirlpool, fully equipped fitness center, putting green, club house and more.

Just a short walk away is the Great Southern Golf Course designed by Donald Ross. Nearby attractions include the newly opened Mississippi Aquarium, marinas, water parks, shopping malls, casinos and so much more! And let’s not forget the fabulous variety of food served up and down the coast!

Dolphin View Delivers!

You can’t find a better location with all the amenities in Biloxi than Dolphin View at Legacy Towers! Our host had excellent communication skills, check in and out was seamless, covered parking right next to walkout was perfect. We had plenty of room and the full view of the Gulf of America was spectacular! Bonus—actually getting to watch the dolphins from the balcony every morning! We hope to do this again next year!
