Room smell ! Bathroom had hair everywhere ! Blanket was nasty! Staff sleepy ! The carpet was just installed but someone forgot to vaccum! I will never ever ever stay here again ! Not even for "FREE" .
Although just passing threw we spent half a day in Biloxi. Good hotel for the price. I would stay here again for sure. No problems with the room or service and right across the street from the beach.
The hotel was definitely in a good location. It was in walking distance to the beach, which was nice. However, without blankets or chairs, our stay on the beach was very short. As far as the distance from casinos, this was also decent. We could get to several casino hotels in less than 10 minutes. The room seemed nice, when we first got there, but the bed was very, very uncomfortable. I have a bad back to begin with, and felt almost crippled each morning. The pool was big enough for about four people at a time. It was almost slightly uncomfortable being at the pool if other people were there. Like other hotels, they didn't support their pool rules, and there were people at the pool way past the 9:00 pm curfew as listed. The free continental breakfast was probably the worst feature. If you want sugar for breakfast, you were happy. I get sick if all I'm eating is danish and muffins. You could make waffles, but that's really another sugary meal when you add the syrup. My husband and I were both VERY disappointed in that. We plan to return to Biloxi in September. However, we do not plan to stay at the Ramada. We have already been able to book a much nicer place for a lot less money.
Hotel is very dated. It is located across the highway from the beach. It is in a good location in Biloxi. If updated and cleaned this could be a great hotel. Front desk staff need training about keeping their personal life personal and not speaking on the phone about personal matters where the public can easily hear.
Stayed one night. The room was fairly clean, a little worn. The entire hotel just needs a good cleaning and paint TouchUp. It all looks dingy. Staff was OK except for the morning desk clerk who was cussing someone out on the phone while sitting at the desk.
the reception was not friendly when we checked in very rude. the room stunk the commode leaked never fixed it they would just put more towels down to get the water up , would not stay there again.
Spent four nights and had three great days on the beach nearby. Great fun and wonderful food at Biloxi casinos
I don't know if it was because of spring break but the prices for the room was outrageous. The price I paid for the room and the luxury perspective of it,it wasn't that great. On the website it said it had a hot tub and when I got to the hotel they didn't even have any.
Close to casinos friendly staff. Comfortable. Free breakfast..,,
We had a wonderful time it was right near the beach and good dining!!!!
location was gooddand price was good. family was able to get romm together
Good for the price. Smelled kind of funny when first got there. Didnt stay in the room except to sleep. Would stay again.
I had to get some stress relieve, see the ocean, hotel was great people were great, value was great. Thanks
Overall the hotel was nice but the room had a strange odor that we could not get rid of, and the pillows had a mildew smell. And on our last day we just happened to pull the covers back on the bed we luckily didnt sleep in and saw a spider and a waterbug . The location was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend , beach, eating and shopping.
Needed a relatively inexpensive room for the night. This one was a great choice. Room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had some decent options. It was near the Biloxi casinos. All in all we were very happy with this hotel.
The room was below average in cleanliness, but the worst part is the outside door did not lock securely. We came back from our 1st day out, and our room door was ajar. It didn't look like anything was missing, but feeling insecure, we moved our valuables to our rental car. The next day, we tried to latch the door before leaving. It wouldn't lock at all. A slight shove opened the door easily. I noticed there were other doors in the hotel with the same problem. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.
My boyfriend and I decided to take a road trip to Biloxi for a concert at the Hard Rock. Since the tickets and gas already cost us a lot of money, we decided to go for an inexpensive hotel. For the price, this hotel was perfect for us. (It would have cost over three times as much to stay at the Hard Rock hotel). We were only staying for the night of the concert and leaving in the morning. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We missed the breakfast (late sleepers), but there's a Waffle House just across the street :) The location of the hotel was very convenient, right on the beach and a very short drive to the casinos, which are all on the same road. If we were going to stay for a longer period of time, we probably would have chosen something a little bit nicer, but since we were just looking for an inexpensive place to crash after the concert before driving home the next morning, this hotel was ideal.
The hotel was everything I expected, but unfortunately they did not have a reservation for me when I arrived. This was somewhat frustrating[...].
across the street from the beach, close to casinos
The Hotel had a great outside appearance but it was somewhat downhill from there. As stated above the location was the draw for us but the savings weren't worth not staying at the casino hotel. Bathroom needed attention and entire Hotel had an unpleasant smoke masked by air freshener type smell. Would not stay again unless price was alot less.
