Nice hotel. Very clean. Room was nice- lots of nice in hotel and in-room amenities- amazing shower/bathroom. Terrace was very nice with retractable awning. Bed was large but not very comfy- felt kinda like a cot-firm and springy sounding. Too firm for our liking but pillows were soft. Otherwise a nice stay.

Lovely hotel , room very comfortable . We had a balcony room . The pool was small with 10 sun loungers but generally wasn’t a problem as people tended not to stay too long so I never waited more than a few minutes for a sun lounger. Staff really helpful. It’s about 25 minutes walk from the old town but plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel as well.

Nice hotel in Bilbao and walking distance to Guggenheim and Old town (Casco Viejo). We stayed in the Junior Suite with terrace. Excellent breakfast and a great orange juicer that squeezes oranges right in front of you. The pool is rather small. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and accommodating. Near many eating and shopping options. Very safe and you can walk late into the night. Good for couples, solo and families.
