Great room, great location. We had a view of the river and it was an easy and pleasant walk to the art museum. It was nice that there were doors between the main bedroom and the extra sofabed.

We stayed here for two non consecutive nights. The first our room was pretty poor, with a bathroom that was accommodating for a wheelchair. The second night we had a better room with a bathroom that had separate showers and toilets. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and well worth the price. And the gym was excellent too. Would stay here again but would make sure we got a nicer room as the location is very central.
Everything was great. I'd book this hotel again in a heartbeat!
This was one of the most enjoyable hotel stay in all my travels. Andoni and Manuel at the reception desk went above the call of duty to help with all my concerns! Food at lunch and dinner wonderful! Loved the open, modern room. Breakfast, however, needs work. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely return.
Beautiful hotel. Perfectly located. Easy access to old Bilbao city and Guggenheim museum.
The hotel is centrally located between the newer tourist area and the old town. The hotel was nice, and even though they had AC, it was not turned on. Thankfully it was just cool enough with leaving the window open. Also, the walls are thin, so at night when we had the window clos d, we could hear everything from our neighbors.
Central location. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was friendly. Modern styling. Walking distance to Guggenheim and funicular. Great restaurants and bars nearby.

Great location, and the parking garage is a major feature for a weary road traveler. Rooms are aesthetically pleasing, and staff very friendly. Our room had drainage issues in the shower, though.
