Nice staff plenty of room good breakfast room was nice. Dog friendly of course. We have a Chihuahua so the extra fee is a little bit excessive, but we’re more than willing to pay to get this good service.

Ran out of coffee at 730 am Wouldn't you think that would be made ahead Elevator was broken, we're both handicapped. Fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and came off repeatedly..on the good side, property was clean. Charged extra for my dog but it wasn't stated when i booked the room

Improve the communication skills of the desk clerk. Desk clerk on arrival, Natish, was difficult to understand and not courteous to me request. I booked and paid for 2 guest and asked for 2 keys. He demanded the name of the second guest and ID and I refused to provide. I've NEVER in 30 years of LaQuinta had been asked for 2nd guest name. He then refused to give me one key just for me. It was not what I needed after 11 hours of driving.
