Horrible customer . Front desk never answered pool did not worked checked in was at 3 pm expecting to be at the pool And pool unavailable. Lake sold out. Contacted fronts desk they never answered. Never again coming back DO NOT RECOMMEND owner had no sympathy and did not care ignored us as we asked about the pool. Worst experience ever! A getaways from our work routings turned out to a nightmare. Its was expensive to be just stuck in a hot room.
The staff had strange attitude and the environment was unpleasant, I didn’t feel comfortable.
The property is undergoing renovations which we were not told about. The cabin that we rented was not ready to be rented, so they put us in another cabin. The only complaint about that cabin is that the TV remote does not work properly. My sister rented another room and the heater did not work. It was in the 40's at night. The property is old and definitely needs updating but they shouldn't rent a cabin if it's not available nor not working properly. I think that we both should be given a partial refund for the inconvenience..
Nice cabin very clean a little pricey and pictures a bit deceiving thought it would be bigger then it was but overall nice and clean.
Decided to get out of town for one night...just lucked into a cancellation at Sleepy Hollow. Totally surprised when we got there and had a cabin instead of a room. It was immaculate. It's a cabin, yes, but they do a really great job of keeping it clean. The sheets and towels were bleach-white. There was a full kitchen and plenty of room for a small family. We wished we were staying a week instead of just a night. We would go back in a heartbeat!
The hotel staff is very friendly and the Cabin like room met all my expectations. I Highly recommend this quaint hotel in Crestline.
This little gem was amazing! Clean, and cozy cabins with a pool and hot tub. Super friendly but professional staff (thanks Samantha!) Walk to the lake, grocery, coffee and restaurants....we couldn't have had a better time. Even though it was only 90 minutes out of LA it felt like a different world! We would not hesitate to recommend (and already have) to our friends. Leave your attitude at the bottom of the hill, this is a true small mountain town...i
Outside cute typical cabin but once inside its very modern with some rustic touches. Front desk person was very friendly love that all the rooms seemed to have a fireplace and they had a bunch of board games you can borrow.
