Explore the coastal towns and villages including Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Croyde with their fabulous beaches.

There are many lovely coastal villages to explore including nearby Bucks Mills, Peppercombe, Clovelly with its donkey transport, and Hartland. The delightful port town of Bideford has a good selection of town amenities, restaurants, a weekly market and boat trips to Lundy Island. Garden lovers will enjoy nearby RHS Rosemoor and Docton Mill. This is a superb holiday choice whatever the time of year.

The beach at Westward Ho! is just 7 miles, renowned for its beauty, and has 2 miles of sandy beach known as the Golden Bay, which is popular with surfers. Coastal and country walking, golf, surfing, horse riding and cycling on the Tarka Trail are all on offer close by and, for family fun, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way adventure parks are not to be missed. Fishing within 5 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 150 yards.

Very nice, spacious, and clean property located in a peaceful green village away from urban areas. The cottage is comfortable and charming, managed by a very kind and helpful elderly host.We were two families with children and had a wonderful time during our holiday. The availability of books, a piano, and the natural surroundings helped keep our kids happily engaged and away from screens.The only downside is that the location shown on Vrbo/Google Maps is inaccurate, so you need to use a three-word w3w location finder to reach the property. which is lordship.cloud.pothole
