Non-Smoking Cottage sleeps six (6) and has one full bedroom on the ground floor with queen bed. On the second level there are two lofts with two twin beds in each loft. The stairs are narrow and steep. The lofts are connected by a “ bridge”.
Caution should be taken if you have young, adventurous, climbing children. Not recommended for children under the age of 10 unless supervised by an adult. One parking space is available. Walk to beach, no parking at the beach and children under 12 must be supervised at all times by an adult. Beach tags must be worn. $10 fee for each beach tag lost. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim and boat at your own risk. Two kayaks are provided as well as 6 life vests. Games, corn-hole, badminton, refrigerator, stove, microwave, hairdryer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, toaster, crockpot, Keurig, coffee & sugar, salt, pepper, some spices, popcorn, foil, sandwich bags, paper towels, sheets, towels, shampoo, soap, body wash are provided. WiFi, streaming TV, AC, ceiling fans., baseboard heat, gas Franklin stove, 1 BR, 2 lofts, LR, DR, Kitchen, enclosed porch, deck, 4 Adirondack chairs, fire pit, picnic table & benches, gas grill. Max capacity is six (6) people. No parties please. This is a nice quiet community. Antiquing, Bethlehem Fair, Garlic Fest and local CT agricultural fairs in the late summer/ fall. Local wineries and farm stands nearby. Stars are amazing!
