Neighborhood Note: The home is in a mixed-use area of a historic industrial town undergoing a revival. While not a high-end neighborhood, it’s very safe—we’ve never had a security issue. We know the neighbors, local businesses, and the area well.
The home is secure with cameras and well-located near downtown, restaurants, hiking, lakes, and all that Litchfield County has to offer.
