We had a great week in Bethany Beach staying at Georgetown 801. This was our third stay at Sea Colony and our favorite! Awesome location and view. Communication for check in and check out was perfect. The condominium was beautiful. It was clean, up to date and had a lot of homey touches and personal notes about things such as the TV being slow at times and why. We didn’t have it on much so it was not an issue for us but if you have small kids, it could be frustrating. We will definitely come back to G801.

Nice put!!!!

Sand in the beds. Frying pans dirty. Wasn’t told about the shed with lots of stuff for the beach. Otherwise place clean and nicely decorated. Great view of ocean.
