Overall, the condo was nice and what was expected. There were a minor issues that came up when checking in.
1. The Vacasa site emailed and said we would get a digital code but it wasn’t sent. When we called, we were told that the code would be given to us when we got there. Once we got there, we had to call and try to message online to find out that we needed physical keys.
2. Then when we got to our condo: the door was ajar and unlocked. There were dirty towels and tissues all over the beds. We took pictures and had to call twice to have someone come in and clean the condo.
3. The cleaning was decent but not great: food was still dried on some plates, baseboards were dusty, large sliding glass door wasn’t cleaned and the air filters in the bathrooms and main part of the condo were extremely dusty and causing us to sneeze and have itchy eyes.
I do believe that if the condo was cleaned better, securely locked prior to our entry as well as the communication about the key wad taken care of it would have been more highly rated.
I also was very concerned for the home owners and the condo being completely unlocked and the door literally open upon our arrival.
