The hotel consists of 13 bedrooms and 15 beds that can sleep up to 30 guests. It's walking distance to the historical downtown Berryville. We are also a beautiful drive away from wonderful trails, wineries and Harper's Ferry.

For an extra fee and deposit a bus can be rented for large party pick up and transportation.

Bus is $800 per day with Driver. $500 per day as long as person has insurance and can put up $2000 deposit.

Great for big group function

We had a family function which brought family in from many states. The privacy of the rooms were great. The beds were super comfortable. Great communication with the host. Wonderful unique experience.

In area for family wedding

This house is a gem in progress. It was very spacious and naturally divided into separate areas so it worked well to group families with small children away from older couples without children. Several issues did develop during our stay which were immediately addressed. The dish washer was repaired and worked fine for us. The large common area had very minimal lighting but we moved lamps into the area to remedy that. There was ample refrigerator space but no freezer so we improvised with ice chests. Our family had a delightful stay here and would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

What a wonderful weekend!

I hosted a bunch of friends for a weekend of playing pretend, cooking, belated birthday celebrations, board games, and more. This site was everything we could have hoped for and we might be starting to plan our next year trip here!

19th Annual Family Gathering

For our family this property was a Perfect! We had 26 in our party. Everyone had their own bedroom and so many bathrooms to choose from. There was a walk-in shower that was perfect for my 91 year old parents. There was a large common area that was perfect. The property had a lovely porch to gather on but not much yard space. Kitchen was small but adequate, but no freezer or working dishwasher. The property manager was prompt in responding to my questions and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!!

Staff retreat

The property was comfortable for a staff retreat. Everyone had their own room & since there is a sink in every room, sharing bathrooms was no big deal. It’s easy walking distance to downtown & accessible to local roads the host was very responsive! One of our staff got accidentally locked out of her room & someone came immediately to help her get back in. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces as well.
