Clean room with great kitchenette amenities (I was surprised at that). Building has six commercial washers & 6 dryers [latter is free of charge for use; washers can be reserved/held for 5-10 minutes & paid via WeWash. Aldi & gym in next door.

I liked the overall stay. Having private equipped kitchen is great perk. The room was also good. Although bed and bathroom were clean and tidy but room floor was not properly cleaned and had some dust and particles so I am rating it 4 star. There are further some suggestions regarding room preparations that can be added like slippers, shampoo and toothpaste etc.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff was completely unavailable between 8 PM and 9 AM, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer hospitality. Parking was another nightmare – very limited, with no clear instructions. After asking around, I was told to park my car under a bridge, which was not only inconvenient but also uncomfortable to walk back and forth, especially in the rain. Unfortunately, it rained most of my stay, making this even worse. On top of that, the room was unbearably hot. Although they claimed to have central air conditioning, there was no air coming from the vents at all. The only option was to open the balcony door, but that meant dealing with bugs and insects getting into the room. Not exactly the comfort you expect when paying for a hotel stay. Overall, this stay completely ruined my trip. Between the lack of staff, poor parking arrangements, and uncomfortable room conditions, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

BEWARE - This hotel does NOT have air conditioning in rooms as advertised. There is no way to control temperature from within the rooms. There is no one in the hotel and the response from the emergency line is to open your windows. Horrible service and amenities for otherwise decent rooms.

Facility is well maintained and clean. Easy bus ride to old town. There is construction next door though so noisy in the day. The mosquitoes kept us awake on the first night. On site laundry facility is convenient but not user friendly….requires using an app to operate the machine which sounds nice but much worse than manual coin fed machines. Office manager not friendly.

Great 2 night stay

Great facilities to enable self catering, supermarket literally 2 mins walk from hotel. Main bus route into centre also just a few minutes away with very frequent service. Also, great restaurant Noa very close and the huge free swimming pool(s) 5 min walk away. Great stay for us. Small issue with safe and shower resolved immediately.

This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel. The vending machines with full meals and the close proximity to Aldi were bonuses. The bus station is right across the street. The only down side was the fact that it had no AC and when we visited it was a serious heat wave.

This is a nice property, but we arrived at 8:20 and found no staff on site. We had questions about parking, pillows, and other things that we either had to ask other guests about or just do without. Its a big facility and we didnt arrive unusually late, so we were very surprised.

Modern residences.

The residences are quite new and modern. The area is a couple of kilometres from the city. Next door to an aldi supermarket, but not much around other than that. There’s a bus out the front for those of you who don’t like/can’t walk too far.
