Staff was excellent. There was a bug problem in a 2nd floor room but they quickly changed rooms and was very polite about it. Rooms were spacious. Amenities were great. Nice and cosy library room on the reception level. Great restaurants around. Walking distance to the main shopping area.

The front desk service was perfect, nice and all time ready to help. The location is convenient with public transport at the front of the door. Many restaurants around! If you stay at the Quentin, do not forget to try a dönner at the Teos Bistro. The best!!! However, the cleanliness of the Quentin Hotel needs to be improved.

The hotel was decent and good for my visit purpose which was a business trip. The rooms are a decent size for Europe and the bathroom was big. There was a kebab place across the street that was open when i came back each night. There weren't a lot of breakfast choices though as most places opened late. The subway was only a few blocks up which was convenient. I was also able to walk to many food shops for a late night meal. I don't want to forget the supermarket across the street. I would stay again but just 1 person to a room. It's a tight space for any more than that. Overall, I'd say an average hotel but not a bad one at all.

LOOKING AT THE PICTURES OF THIS HOTEL ON THE DIFFERENT WEBSITES, ALL LOOKS NICE, ESPECIALLY THE BAR AND RESTAURANT AREA, BUT THEY FORGOT TO INFORM POTENTIAL CLIENTS THAT THE RESTAURANT AND BAR CLOSED DUE TO AN ELECTRICITY PROBLEM. THAT IS WHAT THEY SAY. EVEN THAT IS NOT TRUE. THE ENTIRE HOTEL HAD ELECTRICITY EVEN THE RESTAURANT BECAUSE DOING THE NIGHT IT WAS LIT UP, ALSO SPOKE TO THE STAFF. THIS HOTEL POSTED MISLEADING INFORMATION. THIS HOTEL HAS NO VENDING MACHINES, NO MINIBARS, NOTHING ,IF YOU WANT TO DRINK WATER OR SNACK, BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINKS. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels dieser Welt, aber was wir in diesen Hotelzimmer vorfanden, war wirklich mehr als schlecht! Vom Geruch, der fast unerträglich war, bis zur Klimaanlage die extrem laut war (und nur abstellbar, in dem man die Karte entfernte, somit aber kein Strom und Licht vorhanden war). Das Zimmer sich im "Keller" befand( neben Wasch und Reinigungsräumen). Die Lautstärke über uns war unerträglich. Der Fussboden hatte einen Waserschaden auch die Fliessen im Bad, mehr als abgewohnt waren. Die Bettmatratze war so durchgelegen, das man kaum zur Ruhe kam.
