Hotellet var obemannat under vÄr vistelse, nyckeln fick vi sjÀlva hÀmta ut ur en lÄsbox. Vi sÄg inte ens nÄgra andra gÀster? Hotellets lÀge var toppen med nÀrhet till tunnelbanan och 20min frÄn city. Rummets skick var sÄdÀr, smutsiga helteckningsmattor och gardiner. Men sÀngarna var rena och byttes varje dag. Frukosten provade vi inte dÄ den var stÀngt under hela tiden (obemannat). Helt OK hotell för att sova pÄ, men hoppas inte pÄ nÄgra mirakel.

Ved ankomst var der en super flink person i receptionen, og heldigivis, for vi mÄtte bede om toiletpapir fra start af. Resten af opholdet sÄ vi ingen mennesker hverken i receptionen eller ellers. Der var pÊnt og rent, og trods tung trafik pÄ gaden foran og u-bahn der kunne mÊrkes og hÞres, sov vi fint. SÊben pÄ badevÊrelset mindede mest om sulfo, men det er til at overleve.

Nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Leider können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir waren vom Preis- LeistungsVerhĂ€ltnis sehr enttĂ€uscht und waren froh nur eine Nacht gebucht zuhaben. Das Treppenhaus lud nicht zum Aufstieg ein. AN einer Stelle fehlte die teppichbefestigung und der Teppich war sehr verdreckt. An Rezeption wurde man nett begrĂŒĂŸt, aber leider fehlt die Herrlichkeit. Wir zahlten sofort, leider musste alles mit ec gezahlt werden, da nicht ausreichend wechselgeld vorhanden war. Im Zimmer angekommen, erwartet uns ein großer schlafraum und eine winziges Bad. Wc und Waschbecken waren i.o. in der Dusche waren Haare, die Brause hielt nicht an der Wand, warmes Wasser brauchte lange, die schiebetĂŒren der duschen waren nicht mehr verbunden, weshalb man Element fĂŒr Element verschieben musste. Die schiebetĂŒren benötigen unbedingt eine Erneuerung, da hier auch sehr viel Kalk in den Ecken zu finden war. Das zustellbett war einfach, man vergass das Kopfkissen. Man kann die ZimmerschlĂŒssel an der Rezeption hinterlegen, was in sofern gut ist, weil es nur 1 SchlĂŒssel gibt. Leider kontrolliert der portier nicht welche Person schlĂŒsselberechtigt ist. Auf s FrĂŒhstĂŒck haben wir verzichtet

Das „Hotel“ befindet sich in einem ganz normalen Berliner Wohnhaus. Die Bilder auf Expedia entsprachen nicht dem Zimmer welches ich erhalten habe. Es war alles abgewohnt und auch der Teppich war wohl noch der Erste und entsprechend durch und abgelatscht. Das Fenster hatte noch die Erste Einfachverglasung und lies sich nicht richtig schließen. Eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden. Mein Bettzeug roch, daher habe ich es nicht benutzt - es war ja warm genug. Man kann den nostalgischen Flair auch mit zB. einem neuen Teppich erhalten - der Standardspruch vom Anbieter zieht also nicht und ist nur eine billige Ausrede wieso dort nichts renoviert/investiert wird. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck habe ich vorsichtshalber nicht im „Hotel“ gehabt, es sah nicht gerade einladend aus.

Sowas von Hellhörig

....sowas von hellhörig habe ich noch nicht erlebt: der Nachbar hustet und es hört sich an als ob er neben einem sitzt. Und das ist nicht ĂŒbertrieben - man hört immer was, das ist normal. Aber hier ist es der Grund, daß in einer sehr großen Altbauwohnung aus der GrĂŒnderzeit Zimmer abgetrennt wurden. Und das sind anscheinend nur einfache Rigipsplatten, die das teilen. Sonst sieht alles nett aus und ist auch ansprechend eingerichtet, wenn auch nicht so toll wie auf den Fotos. JEDES Wort was nebenan gesprochen wird ist zu verstehen, ohne daß laut gesprochen wird. Das muß man in Kauf nehmen wollen. Sonst nettes Personal, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Tolle Lage zentral in Charlottenburg, U-Bahn + Busse und GeschĂ€fte um die Ecke, ZOB und Messe nicht weit. Haus aus der GrĂŒnderzeit mit interessanter uralter Einrichtung und einem ebensolchen Aufzug in der Mitte des Treppenhauses. Guter Preis.

Einfacher,brauchbarer Altbau gut gelegen zur Messe

Altes GebĂ€ude mit Doppelglasscheiben. Mein Zimmer war ĂŒber einer mehrspurigen Hauptstraße, daher ein wenig laut. Einfaches FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Viel Platz aber im Zimmer und bequemes Bett und freundliches Personal. Kein Luxus, aber wer einfach nur ĂŒbernachten will wird gut bedient und die Lage ist super. Rewe um die Ecke und die Berliner Messe zu Fuß erreichbar -- und darum ging's mir.
