Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

1) the conditions of the apartment are substandard with mattresses, linings and towels dirty and old 2) the apartment isn’t absolutely a 10 beds apartment. The small open couch opened in the living room can’t count as three beds. It is a 7 beds top 3) in the bathroom upstairs there is only a small table light on the shelf. If someone was to pull the wire it would have fallen in the toilet, causing a potential fire/ injury 4)the bathroom downstairs has the fire exit blocked and I am sure this is not compliant with fire e safety regulations. 5)no toilet paper or soap and shower gel were provided
