I would like to leave an objective review, however the level of discomfort caused by this accommodation was present throughout our stay. There is no information provided about the room size, and for three adults the room was extremely small. Due to the sloped attic ceilings, we frequently hit our heads.
There was no light in the corridor, so we had to use a phone flashlight to enter the code for the key locker. Heating and Wi-Fi were not available on the first day. The advertised terrace, kitchen, and iron were not provided.
The photos do not allow a clear understanding of the accommodation, as they show multiple rooms without specifying which one will be assigned. In our case, this resulted in an unpleasant surprise.
The bathroom had only one hook on the door, no shelves for toiletries, and a very small drying rack. Towels did not dry properly due to the lack of adequate space to hang them.
Positive aspects: coffee sticks and tea were provided, the accommodation was clean, and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. The pillows, however, were worn. A mini fridge, kettle, and microwave were available, but the set of utensils was incomplete — there was no knife.
Communication was limited. Messages were not answered, and the only available contact method was by phone. Without roaming minutes or sufficient language skills, this was not a practical option.
