The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. My son loved the hotel. Some areas of the bedroom were not clean (stains on the carpet and very dusty by skirting boards), but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Bedroom nice, bathroom dire and breakfast ok-ish

Bedroom and public areas were lovely. Bathroom was in dire need of an update. Rusted metal, chipped bath… it just doesn’t make it feel clean. Breakfast was alright if included but wouldn’t be worth paying for as quality nor fresh standards met (beans were dried, hash browns soggy etc)

Good service from staff. Room was a bit dated with peeling veneer on bathroom door and difficult to control bath/shower taps. Had to pay extra for gym/pool facitilities which was £6 for a 45 min pre bookable slot!

10 minutes drive to Windsor, luckily we had a car to go back n forth. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re interested in being in Windsor. Staff were nice and lobby area is nice. The room size was great, spacious and quiet. Pillows were very flat and bathroom needs upgrading, wasn’t clean and outdated.

I like this hotel because its close to Windsor Castle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. 15 minutes from Heathrow international airport. Food was very good Fish and Chips excellent.very good English breakfast.

Nice stay.

We arrived a little early for checkin but was able to get into room. Yay. Parking was plentiful. Evening meal was nice. bed was comfy. Liked mini fridge, but totally unsure if any fees were associated with it. It looked like there was an additional fee to use the leisure facilities ( our tummies were a little cranky, so we didnt try). Breakfast was fine but busy... The location of coffeee machines in walk way prob not best as lots of people in way waiting, whilst machines been serviced for milk n grounds ( i hope they recycle). Granola was exceptional. Check out easy.
