The home is welcoming, clean, well stocked with woods all around. We enjoyed being able to go for a nice wood walk from the backyard. The proximity to Cacapon state park was easy by car or foot. Excellent, prompt and positive communication with the owners. If we are in the area again we will stay here.

Loved our stay! The house is so clean, lots of space and minimal clutter. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner! Loved the cabin feel and natural light and cozy fireplace! Beds were comfortable!

The cabin was beautiful and extremely clean. The host, Paul, was very friendly and responsive. Could not ask for a better setting to enjoy the outdoors and the offerings of Berkeley Springs.

This property was immaculate and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available and the attention to detail was great. We loved the cabin feel of the home and would absolutely stay there again.

The cabin was lovely and clean. There were amazing touches that made it so lovely, like the inclusion of dog amenities. We loved the area surrounding the property and it was perfect for dog hikes in the woods. Iwe appreciated all the little extra amenities in case we forgot anything as well. And interacting with the owners was a pleasant experience as well! We really loved this cabin and would definitely love to stay again!

Beautiful cabin located in a lovely neighborhood. The house backed up to the woods and was very private. We loved the back deck and the hot tub. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and all amenities were available. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you

This is a beautiful property adjacent to Cacapon State Park. Very clean and well kept with great starter amenities.The host is super friendly and a great communicator.I highly recommend this property!

Great communication with the owner. The neighborhood is very nice and the house is at the end of a cul de sac so it’s very private- the back deck faces trees and a little creek. Home is comfortable and well-equipped!

Our dog's favorite vacation

We appreciated how welcoming the owner is to 4-legged family members and the options for dog-walking - both around the neighborhood and at the state park that is across the road. The property is very clean so you would never know that other dogs had been there. The property is perfect for a relaxing get-away. Our entire family enjoyed it.

30th birthday weekend

We stayed here for a weekend to explore Berkeley Springs, the property was absolutely perfect and the host was very accommodating and easy to contact.
