The room was really lovely had a private bathroom and a shared kitchen which we had our own little Rambo pack in the fridge it was made up of water, juice, yoghurt then in our room we had a basket made up of croissants, spreads and jams.

This is our 4th stay here and we will keep coming back. Friendly host who is very responsive when you message. Clean, spacious and quiet room, in a fantastic location, with a local supermarket, other shops and bars within walking distance.

Nice little place

We stayed here for one night. The room was within an apartment and had it's own bathroom and a shared kitchen area. Location was perfect for exploring Bergamo, including the old upper city.

The location is perfect. Everything else was average, at best. Room is small. Common area is small and the kitchen is poorly equipped. Upon arrival we realised that toilet wasn’t functioning properly. I reached out to the host, but nothing was done. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a night.

I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min. The host arrived in about 10 min. He gave us a tour, we paid the tax and he gave us the keys. It was a nice place to stay, if you dont mind sharing a bathroom. The bathroom did not have AC but the room did. Aside from that, we absolutely loved our stay. We recommend and would love to stay here again on a future trip.

Good base to explore from.

Easy to find from public car par, 5 mins walk with help from google maps. Bit tricky having to book ahead the time you will arrive. Comfortable room, spacious and clean. Friendly English speaking host. Located in historical centre of lower part of town near to bars and restaurants, short walk to fernicular then up to high part/historical part of town.

Too Much Noise

Unfortunately there's no soundproofing, no soft furnishings in the common area and no soft close doors so the noise from other guests was a big issue. The room we were in opened into the little kitchenette area so we were woken up by all the early risers getting their breakfast. Plus the early morning church bells didn't help. We weren't met at the B&B at the prearranged time (good thing our phone plan has roaming)! We were asked for cash for the city tax (even though the website said card payments were accepted). Breakfast is continental. The shower was hot, or if you waited a few minutes for the hot water to run out, cold. But hey, if you're a heavy sleeper who likes to get up early and have a hot shower, you'll do fine here!
