Company was good, not up to date. Computer system not working correctly or employee not trained efficiently on system. I paid through orbits , hotel say my payment was not paid and they we’re requiring me to pay the hotel fee plus a deposit in a total amount of $122.00 after my card was already charged 71.17 on orbits app. Now I received a email saying the hotel will not give me a refund.

When we got there the pool was broken, one of the three rooms were not clean, had beer cans on night stand. The other room had a musky smell. I told the lady at the desk that this was not acceptable so she send me and my family across the road to Days Inn and Suite.

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. It was very dirty, had a horrible smell, the furniture in the room was dirty with stains on them, the lighting was dim, the door to my room did not lock very well and I did not feel safe there. I immediately checked out and went to another hotel. When I asked for a refund I was told that I would have to contact Orbitz.

front desk staff was wonderful, but my room was filthy: I was greeted there by two cockroaches. the paint on the walls and ceiling was peeling severely. there was dried vomit on the carpet beside the bed and on the back of the chair near that spot. the floor obviously had not been vacuumed in a long time across many guests. I collected the following off the carpet: a baby soother (!?), several pieces of dog food kibble, a couple of bobby pins, plastic connectors for new clothe tags, big dust bunnies, human hair, and other assorted nasties. I put it all in a baggy and respectfully showed the staff person the contents along with photos of the cockroaches, vomit, etc... they were very nice, but didn't have the authority to refund my Orbitz money. they changed my room. the new room wasn't much better, but at least no cockroaches that i could see and no vomit. I tested for bed bugs, but found none. It was late, so i stayed that night and checked out first thing the next morning. Eventually obtained the absentee property owner, Michael's cell phone number. He was defiant, obstinate, talked over me, & stalled saying he needed to go to the hotel and check the log book and talk to staff before allowing a refund. I've called Orbitz twice on the issue and wrote them thru their on-line customer support. this is an opportunity for Orbitz to shine. I hope they refund my money and remove this hotel from their offerings so nobody else has to experience such a catastrophe.

Everything was great in the hotel except the breakfast. Except for waffles Nothing else was that good. They even only had one coffee type.

I didn't stay. Room looked clean but was infested with fleas

Was advertised as nonsmoking, however the room had that stale cigarette odor that permeated my clothes. I wanted to relax in the jacuzzi, but it had cold water in it. (didn't look too clean either) So let's watch TV. Oh, the remote doesn't work. No volume control or channel changing. The clerk told me that none of the rooms have remotes that work. And try getting in and out of the motel entrance without having a wreck. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere nicer. I learned.

We had confirmed two 2-Queen suites with whirlpool-in tubs. When we arrived we were first told that the rooms weren't available-"They had to go to our Rewards Members." Then we were told that Orbitz didn't request that type of room in the reservation and argued with the reservation that I had in hand. I was told that I will have to go back to Orbitz to get a refund, "You didn't pay us anything." No attempt to accomodate reservation. But, we were given adjoining rooms, 2 doors down from the pool. When we arrived, several people were standing next to our doors, smoking, as there is a no smoking policy for the pool area. That didn't prove to be a problem, 1X occurance. The pool was smaller than most, but clean and worked well for our young children. The whirlpool was strong with chlorine, but OK. The beds were very comfortable and clean, nice bedding! Shower good. Breakfast pretty good, standard fare, but with waffles and biscuit/ gravy. No fresh fruit, but the coffee was wonderful! In all we had a nice, relaxing stay. What could be beter: the pool has to be accessed from outdoors-a problem in cold weather! Staff could have been more accomodating. The business center consists of one computer in the front lobby-little access and no privacy. The bldg. is sort of convoluted and to get to the lobby, we had to either walk around the bldg or go through the pool room, business center and back into the front door. There are many hotels in this area, and exit 85 divides Springdale/Rogers. We usually stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Rogers-only a few blocks away. It is cleaner there, pool is inside bldg, Great business center, fresh fruit/coffee/cookies available all day. I will probably not return to this place.
