Gorgeous property. Inside looks brand new and either recently built or recently remodeled. Patio area with outdoor kitchen and TV was fantastic! Upstairs has plenty of room for littles that is built for them. All of the bathrooms have high end fixtures in them. The dock is spacious, clean and perfect for easy in and out access. The use of the lily pad was perfect for the babies. It’s in the back of the cove so little to no boat traffic. Just perfect for our group of 17 including 5 littles under 4. I’d be back here in a heartbeat. They left out so many little extras that most rentals don’t including shower supplies in the bathrooms and feminine products, qtips, everything. There were some games for the kids. Lots of blankets and extra beach towels. Just a superb experience. Thanks for the use of your incredible home.

Great place

The house has plenty of space to entertain. The A/C is on point. You won’t have to wait for this one to cool off at night. Owner puts some small amenities in areas that you usually don’t see with other rentals and is very responsive in anything you need. Highly Recommend staying here

Fishing Group

This was a great rental. Men don't like to share beds. We had 10 fisherman each have their own bed. Lots of showers. Plenty of deck chairs and tables. Had parking for 3 bass boats. Could have fitted 4, but we need room for 3 trucks. Plan reserve for next spring.

Golf Trip

12 men on a golf trip. Had a Great Time. Place was awesome! Clean, well stocked, plenty of room. Rained most of the time and the covered deck came in very handy! Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back.

Perfect girls weekend

All of the girls of our big family came together for a long weekend here and it was the best! We were welcomed by our host after he checked over everything to make sure the house was good to go for us. He was responsive to any questions we had throughout the weekend too. The house was thoughtfully designed and there are so many details that really make it special - from the well stocked kitchen to the big gathering spaces where we made lots of memories. The only thing we thought was missing was a ladder off the dock for swimming. It truly has everything else you could want. We’re already dreaming up an excuse for another trip to stay in the future. If this spot is available, it’s worth it, trust me!

Great house.

This was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever stayed in. There were 16 of us and we were not crowded at all. Wish all the downstairs bedrooms had queen beds or even kings but great bedding, lots of bathrooms, and the outside living area is magnificent! Great communication with the owner.

Great Trip

We had 4 families, totaling 17 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and had all the essentials we needed. Having the large back porch, dock and quick access to the water, was great. The kids loved fishing every day and jumping off the dock. We will definitely be back!

Family vaca with young adult children

This home is very nice. It’s in a nice quiet subdivision. It is very trendy and modern for decor, inside and out. It looks like a new home on the inside. Ample outside seating on back porch with a partially covered deck was where we spent a lot of time, besides the lake and gold course. Many extras in the kitchen were available. The host checked in with us personally once we were settled in. The ‘adult children’ (ranging 21-29 years old), who staid in the upstairs bedrooms noted a couple of the bedrooms were better equipped for children vs adults, although they did manage. So if you’re traveling with a family of even more diverse ages, it would be ideal. I would definitely recommend this place as a great place to stay for a KY Lake getaway!

Family Lake Trip

We had a great time during our weeklong stay. The house was very welcoming with plenty of beds and bathrooms for our large group. The proximity to the lake and the offered amenities made our vacation both relaxing and fun for all the different ages in our family. The lake was very smooth and never super busy even on the weekend. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay for a fun lake time getaway.

Friend group trip

We had a group of around 20 people stay at this beautiful lake home for a long weekend. We loved many things about it. Most importantly it is on the lake, had a boat dock, and was extremely short distance to boat ramp. It had plenty of seating on the outdoor porch including couches and a table to eat. The inside of the home was beautiful and clean with open concept on main floor. The upstairs has a loft area which was a great area for kids to play. The owner was extremely quick in his responses via text if we had any questions. We would definitely plan to stay at this home again in the future.

Fantastic location when visiting Kentucky Lake

This location was perfect for our family and extended family trip. We slept 13 people comfortably with room to spare with the large number of bedrooms. I have never stated at a house with such new and immaculate appliances. The neighborhood was quiet, and you would see many deer when driving around grazing in the area. The host responded very fast to any questions I had to put us at ease prior to the trip and during when asking about restaurants or other local questions. The house has a huge patio with nice couches and furniture to enjoy a lake from above. It was fabulous top notch!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
