This stylish villa in Benitachell’s Cumbre del Sol offers a peaceful retreat just 1 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Ideal for families or groups, it includes a separate guest house and is located near the scenic Cala del Moraig beach, perfect for snorkeling and sunbathing. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living/dining room with smart TV and wood stove, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with twin beds. Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and another with a bathtub, add comfort. The guest house includes an additional bedroom with en-suite bath and private terrace. Outdoors, enjoy a fenced garden, sun loungers, barbecue, and a private 7x3 m pool, ideal for relaxing under the Costa Blanca sun.
