First visit to this hotel during our conference , had a very memorable experience. I got a very warm welcome, the staffs were very helpful and cooperative , roo.s were pretty good but need some renovations, food spread is good but variety should be increased. Overall a very satisfying place and recommend to all. Big thanks to the hotel team.

We have choose to stay here due to its best location from the airport. One of the best resort we have visited in the recent past. We got a very warm welcome at the reception counter. The staffs at the reception, coffee shop were extremely helpful and cooperative. I recommend this resort for all.

I went for first time to this hotel and found that it has great food and service. would definitely recommend to friends and family. Guys should visit this place once and experience hospitality which they showcase.

I would like suggest the higher thorite like FOM AND Restaurant manger to control there self whether it is any guest because in the hotel till the time they are staying with you , have to behave properly with him not in place of that you going show the rudeness to him and restaurant manger kindly talk in the proper manner on the telephone and now it's comes to hotel food is to expensive because I had ordered one chicken biryani which had costed me 489 rupees in lettel bit bigger size from small bowl in which one person also can not eat properly and other wise had food every time out side only because in the lesser amount in comparison to hotel we had the food in the best hotel in banglore at billary road near ramaiya college.

I am writing this review once again, having stayed in this hotel a number of times, and having found it very pleasant and comfortable each time. This time, however, there was something more that we experienced as a family. My college going daughter fell very ill, and had to be hospitalised. I had to rush to Bangalore to take care of her, and since our home is in Delhi, I decided to shift her to this hotel during her critical convalescence period. Mr Balwant Dhami was very helpful in finding me accommodation at very short notice, (at very reasonable rates too). I chose this hotel again for a number of reasons old and new: the comfort of the spacious rooms, a lovely balcony to sit in, the proximity to the daughter's hostel. But also because of my previous knowledge of their food and beverage services, which were very important for a recovering patient. My daughter had been severely dehydrated in hospital, and I knew that she will need a variety of pleasant tasting, hygienically processed fluids, and also a soft but delectable diet for atleast a week. Their fresh juices, coconut water, fresh lime soda, variety of cut fruit etc apart, the complimentary breakfast with its wide array of south Indian, continental and north Indian choices was very useful at such a time. I have to say that my daughter recovered quite fast under the watchful eyes of Mr Dhami to whom I entrusted her after I was called away on another urgent family matter back to Delhi. My daughter had continued to stay in this hotel with a friend for several more days after I left, till full recovery. The story of this hotel's hospitality and care does not end here. My daughter once again fell ill in my absence, while at the hotel, one day late in the evening. The management, i.e. Mr Dhami immediately and efficiently provided an in-house car to take her to the hospital and bring her back to the hotel late at night. On my request over the phone from Delhi, he also took care of other logistics of arranging a late dinner from the hotel restaurant, and ensured that she and her friend got some food that night! Incredible service, and extremely reassuring for a parent who happened to be far away at that moment. Generally, I greatly appreciate the fact that Mr Dhami kept himself available on the phone for both me and my daughter for any unusual requests at all times of day and night. The hotel, in short, took extremely good care of my daughter while I was forced to be away during part of her convalescence. Apart from the very capable, responsible and dependable Mr Dhami, I would like to mention another extremely thorough and conscientious housekeeping staff member Nanjudeiya (sp?). Both the girls, as well as I found him a very considerate person who also kept the room absolutely sparkling clean. Both these staff members of different levels won our hearts with their small thoughtful gestures so essential for a convalescing young person away from home. I am grateful to both of them, and also to the management of this hotel for the way the entire team took care of my daughter in my absence. Thanks, and certainly we will be back again.

We have recently conducted our all India employees meeting on today, we are happy to inform that all our staff are happy and it is very easy for them to reach resort from airport which is a added advantage. it was drizzling out side the resort and nice climate, all our team members are enjoyed the climate and room location inside the resort it is a really a happy moments

Stayed for two nights while attending a wedding. Great place to organize events, multiple halls suitable for small and large gatherings. South Indian food was good. North Indian food was average. Staff polite and helpful. The cottages/superior rooms are a bit far from the main lobby. The rooms in the first and second floor are equally good and it is better to book them. A important point to keep in mind is that the resort does not have a lift.

Attended a wedding here. The pluses are: 1. location - 30mins from the airport 2. spaced out lawns - lots of open spaces 3. decent play and recreation options - such as 2 pools, pool table, etc. 4 the local north indian dhaba style restaurant 9 mile is decent negatives 1. magnetic room card gets disabled if you place it near your phone (sadly) 2. no elevators at all -- so if you are on th 2nd floor and have lots of luggage - you are forced to depend on the staff -- HIGHER FLOORS ARE OBVIOUSLY DISABLED UNFRIENDLY in terms of accessibility. - so if you have anyone in your party who is differently abled, you must insist that he/she be given a room on ground floor. 3. the surface of the path (flagstones) near the lawns is not paved level - makes it prone for someone to trip and fall.

This resort seems to be made for weddings and conventions. There convention center is huge and well maintained. Rooms are really very big. Attached bathrooms are also big, kept well and stocked well. It is a nice green place with many coconut trees all around. Has huge well maintained lawn. Restaurant is good, food little better than average. Only problem is they dont have elevator for first and second floors that makes things little tough for senior citizens. And some parts of resort needs renovation. They also have a pool but we did not use it so can not comment on that.

As we entered no one was there to welcome or guide, on asking is there any one to help us some one reacted to us. As we entered in room we found it has twin bad where as we asked for queen or king bed and lady on reception was trying to convince that she has given me big room. A/C in room was also not working. I could get room changed only after talking to duty manager. When we went for lunch to there restaurant was surprised to see that person there was not ready to help us get any jain food and reluctantly said that they have only two choice and we too have no choice but to eat what ever they offered with a self commitment never to come back here again. They dont have any room dining menu and we order 2 sandwich for dinner next day and was surprised that in Rs 750 plus we got 2 sandwich which was like getting 2 sandwich on road side any where in india and understood why they dont keep any menu for this. Only thing good was breakfast spread and surprising staff there on the morning before we checked out.
