Relaxing Sunriver Home with Access to The Cove

Welcome to 26 Meadow House, a charming two-story condo that underwent a remodel in 2017. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private hot tub, this home offers the perfect blend of modern and comfortable living. Additionally, this home is perfectly located near the Meadows golf course, and is within walking distance to most shops and restaurants in the area.

The spacious kitchen offers everything you need to make a wonderful homecooked meal, along with a dining area that can seat up to 8 guests. Enjoy the open living room with gorgeous views of the courtyard, and a gas fireplace to keep you warm. This home is also equipped with AC to keep you cool over the warmer months.

On the main floor, the first bedroom boasts a king size bed, private door to the outside patio, TV, and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom is also on the main floor, and offers a queen size bed, and TV. Venture upstairs the loft, and you will find the third bedroom which features a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. With its own TV and ensuite bathroom, it makes the perfect spot for kids or extra guests.

The house is very clean and we had a great stay. A few things to mention for future guests. The kitchen had limited essentials like no foil, Saran, baggies, or storage bins with lids to store our leftover food. We did a lot a cooking but had no where to store our food. The other issue was that it was very hot upstairs. If there was a separate thermostat, we did not see it. Finally the hot tub had a smell so we did not use it. I would consider returning to this house but hope that these items can be corrected. It’s a great house and nice layout. Very clean.
