The apartment is practically brand new and offers an open full equipped kitchen that leads to the living room and balcony with partial sea-view and outdoor furniture. In the master room there is a double-bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the second room there is also a double bed with private balcony. In the hall you can find an extra bathroom with shower. The property offers air conditioning in all rooms, Wifi adn a private parking space in the building. The apartment is located just 5 Minutes from La Marina in the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmádena Costa in the province of Málaga. The beach is aprox about 300 metres away. It offers a huge variety of restaurants, bars and different shops within its shopping arcade. The neares airpot, Málaga airport is about 20 minutes away by car. Fuengirola is also just about 20 minutes by car. You can always choose to take the local train to go up and explore Arroyo de la Miel. The beach promenade where you can enjoy long walks or do some outdoor sports is jut 2 minutes away by foot from the property where you also will find a lot of "Chiringuitos" to enjoy mediterrannian food.
