This property needs a welcome packet with info how to run the appliances, showers , tv etc. info on amenities available. We paid but didn’t use anything because it didn’t seem doable. restaurant menus, who delivers, where are the pool or wherever the amenities were. Antique stores etc. they have brochures that you could include. They were very responsive but I spent to much time asking questions, texting and emailing when I wanted to be on vacation.

This was the perfect Christmas get-a-way in every respect. The house was immaculate with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of high end towels, sheets and blankets. Bathrooms were updated with all modern fixtures. Plenty of consumables that lasted through out the week.The views of the lake from the two balconies were outstanding. Hot tub was a huge plus as was the large grill on the upper deck.The management company was the best that I have ever encountered in years of renting vacation homes. They even decorated the house for Christmas, making us feel right at home for the holiday.Everything was exactly as advertised on the VRBO listing.If we return to Arkansas in the future we will be staying here.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX AND UNWIND!!! This property was a diamond in the rough ... although the photographs were accurate and up to date you really can't appreciate how nice the property is until you walk through the front door. The house was spacious very clean and well decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind, every room was its own little oasis of comfort..large sitting areas and gathering spots throughout the house with a large kitchen on the main floor and a full service bar on the second floor..two large and very spacious decks on each floor offer a great place for all to gather and chill comfortably..only a few steps from the house to the lake there is a dock that had everything you need for safe and fun water play.. life vest..kayak ..canoe ..paddle boards and a large floating pad all available for use so as to layout and chill on the lake..an added treat at the end the day was ending the night with a late night dip in the large hot tub!! THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT IN MANY WAYS... I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK

Wonderful

This house and area were great. The house itself is wonderful and the pictures online did not do it justice. The area is absolutely stunning with great views and lots of sun.We wil definitely be coming back!

Need to provide a grill

We loved the property and would give it 5 stars but we have one issue with the listing information. It lists a barbeque grill but there was not a grill. They do have an outdoor griddle but that is significantly different from a grill. We have made a Spring golf trip to different locations for 15 years and a barbeque grill is one of our requirements

Great location, great property

Property is managed by Corhova. If you have the opportunity, you might save some fees by exploring that avenue directly. Our stay was great, minus some unwanted insects invading the kitchen...the property management checked in daily, and treated for the ants ASAP.There were only a few things that could have been improved upon - some minor misses like not enough paddles for the # of kayaks, and plan to bring/buy your own laundry detergent. The home was very comfortable and tastefully furnished! Very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
