Room was clean, good size and quiet. Amenities were good (tea,coffee etc). The check in / out process was quick, simple and hassle free. The staff were courteous, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was simple but perfect for our needs. Well placed for the centre and a lovely walk to all it has to offer. Great location and great to have the free parking close by. Nice hotel. But no hot water from tap in bathroom and very bad drain smell in room. No fresh water in room to drink, no tissues, shower cap & soaps missing (?) Nice shower gel and conditioner in shower.
