I did not expect this is four star hotel supposed to be one star or less based on the scenes that I was watching in the reception area ...in addition to that the service was the worst I have only asked them to print a single sheet of paper but they rejected and the most worst the towels and bed sheet full of spots and dirty and also hotel need renovation.
I came from USA for a vacation, my room never been cleaned the whole time I was there, I thought I will have a free breakfast and free wifi, wifi was free for one hour only for the whole 24 hours and breakfast was $10 !!!!! The sheets were in a bad shape, they have blood and holes in them , room service was not existed , I had to go and ask for clean towels . I don't recommend this hotel for a homeless
Very very bad hotel with its furniture scratched, unfriendly staff, bathroom is disgusting. Photos didnt completely reflect this awful nightmare experience. Price is too much It didnt deserve more than 10 usd compared to facilities... Nightmare stay!
Well this hotel is in a good location Rooms spaces is good But could be better Equal deal for the price But poor on all aspects Can't recommend it for anyone Carpet smell is awful and very dirty No freewifi No breakfast No safe box Some rooms are reinvoated but still bad So i cant describe the old rooms Don't try it except if you forced
Awful place, glad we only stayed for one night! The carpet was so dirty that we didnt want to remove our shoes, bathroom was the same we didnt want to get into the bath without our flip flops. I emailed the hotel a week before to ask about late check out (was happy to pay for it) as we were meant to arrive very late (3am) . Didnt hear back from them at all. Upon check in I asked what the options are again, the receptionist said that he will take a note and let me know. I have not heard back from him at all. The breakfast was an absolute joke, I would not bother paying for it at all! Staff is is generally unhelpful and doesnt care or know customer service at all.
I stayed there for one night. Compared to the price, the experience was actually better than I expected! The staff was very very friendly and the location is excellent. They have an affordable airport taxi service, free wifi and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! On the downsides, the facilities are quite old (carpeting not very clean, bathroom needs renovation, ...) and the breakfast was less than average. However, I highly recommend it for one night stays or budget travel.
The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the AC works. It all looks tired and when I was there there were buckets catching leaking water in reception. Breakfast is pretty hopeless so not worth paying much for. As a booking.com 'genius'status booking the upgrade to a junior suite for a room price of $40 was excellent value
People here is so unfriendly , everything is a problem. The room is not so nice ...look the pictures. If you book in a foreign money they make terrible bad change The fist morning they come inside early , l was still sleeping...they said so many times " sorry " only to make me up for making immediately the cleaning of the place
This hotel it seems was a 4 star once upon a time, it is quite outdated and should not be rating itself a a four star. When compared to other 4 seat hotels in Beirut it falls very short. However on a positive its in a good location, walking distance from Hamra, Pigeon Rocks and the boulevard. The room was of an average standard, the carpets filthy. The bathroom was ok apart from the large rust marks. Internet very limited. Postive is actually the price as I checked other hotels in the area costing the same and this is far supreme for the price. I would rate this hotel as a 3.5 STAR
I booked true booking.com, I arrived to the hotel 10 am for check in, the receptionist refused by informing me that check in is at 3 pm and check out 12 noon ! I tried to convince him to check in at 12 noon same like all the hotel in the word he refused by saying that the hotel is full! I requested to check me in and I back to the hotel at 12 noon also he refused! I don't understand why you post room availability in the web side and your not ready??!! Any how bad experience and not recommended hotel .
