Hotel delivers above the value from room to service to location although room is not big but it has all a guest need including a washer that comes with drying function and they even provide laundry detergent at no extra cost. Staff are excellent, friendly and informative with no expectation of gratuity. Location is good, with lots of eateries including mcdonald Recommend to try the massage by 2 blind therapist, there are quite a number of locals. The massage center is within walking distance from hotel Lastly, i love their indoor pool and big gym

This is a great hotel. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The bar was fantastic—Lee, the bartender/manager, was extremely friendly, and the ambience is really nice. Great décor; I highly recommend checking out the bar. The room also has washer and dryer in the room. This hotel also has one of the best gyms I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and there are tons of restaurants around within walking distance. The only downside is that it’s pretty far from the subway—about an 18–20 minute walk.

The hotel is well located, and new. The room was spacious and well equipped. The laundry room is convenient but there’s a bit of mould in the bathroom which is okay but could be improved further. The staff is attentive and the cleaning crew polite, and punctual. Overall a good value hotel for travellers on a budget.

Very good hotel with good staff Guys of the staff at the desk were so kind the took time to propose solution to go to Great Wall, Forbidden City and also how to use Didi We really appreciate that they took time to use an application to translate in different languages. This hotel was so clean and very good location in Beijing Room was so clean everyday Next time in China I will go back there

The entrance lobby is very grand and the reception staff are excellent and most helpful. We had booked a larger room and specifically asked for it to be a non smoking room - unfortunately on opening the door we were greeted by the smell of stale tobacco. The front of house staff quickly changed us to another room but it was a slight downgrade from the one booked. A nice hotel in a good neighborhood but it's a fair way to all of the sights and metro. Please note: The bar is closed for refurbishment until late November and the swimming pool is shut in the winter.

The room was perfect, and included a small kitchen with a washer/dryer. It’s walkable from Wangfujing Street. It was very safe as well. The staff and especially the valets guys were extremely helpful, I did use Didi a lot and they helped me quite often. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The fitness center has s good variety of machines and free weight options, very spacious. The pool is also a plus. Breakfast is great with many choices, very well stocked. Room is clean and functional, showers seals/trim may need an update to keep it cleaner. Staff are all working hard to please.

The hotel was nice, clean, & in a good location. The breakfast was ok. The staff was not very friendly but it’s just the culture in China. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are cute. They are small but the majority of hotels in this country have very small rooms.
