This hotel has all the amenities including a great workout area and wonderfull breakfast. It is not centrally located but is close to a train station. The rooms are due for an overhaul. Photos are room 1003. Air ventilation is poor at this time of year.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I loved my stay here. As soon as I arrived, they rolled out the red carpet even though I stayed there 5 nights all paid for with points! I was assigned my own personal concierge whose English name is Agnes Ma. She pulled out all the stops to make sure my stay was nothing less than exceptional. When hunger struck at midnight on the last night, she went as far as sending a 4 course meal up for us to enjoy. When I go there again, I am definitely staying here!

This hotel is located in almost in the heart of the city. There are shops, eateries an convenient stores an easy walk around. Most of the major attractions are few miles away and easily reachable via taxi or walking if you do not mind having a bit of exercise. The rooms are enormous in size and very clean. Amenities are fabulous and the restaurant offers a variety of food. Staff are helpful and cheerful.

For the price, this hotel was pretty good but not great. My room was clean and comfortable but a bit warm, and the food in the dining room was just okay. The noodle bar is very good, so that's what I had for nearly every meal. Several groups were staying here, so the lobby was always packed with groups waiting for buses. The surrounding neighborhood is so-so, and right outside the hotel were many pesky street vendors.

I had a good experience during the stay in Double tree by Hilton in Beijing. The serve quality impressed me a lot. You can arrive in the central place in Beijing, the traffic is convenient. The appearance is tidy and clean in the lobby, so I would like to recommend this hotel to other colleagues if they have a business trip around that place.

We chose the hotel based on its association with a top international brand but were very surprised at our experience. It was obvious that Hilton are just present there by name; with no input to management at all. As a person who has negotiated with Hilton and many others for branding hotels i was aghast to say the least. The shortcomings starting from the absence of English understanding staff, a myriad of failings in the room, mediocre food, the list is endless..... The only silver lining were Cherry at the Front Desk, who was an outstanding person and Sharon at the Business Center who was helpful.

Room is old with a lot of wear and tears. The restaurant had many issues, such as very small selection of food, poor quality of food, slow services; and it looked like no management staff was on site.

Checked-in here late after a long day of meetings and travel. Was pleasantly pleased to be upgraded, though of course too late to enjoy the cocktails. On arriving in the room and wanting to order from room service, eventually discovered there was no menu anywhere in the room, so had to ring and order a menu. Once that arrived I could then order some food: a soup that was surprisingly good and a Caesar salad missing anchovies but oddly including chicken, which I neither eat nor ordered. Next morning popped up to the lounge for breakfast, where the manager introduced herself and asked about the stay. On check-out she kindly rectified my bill. The hotel is convenient for some purposes and is undergoing some renovations, which hopefully make the check-in lobby area less sombre. I'd give it another try on the basis of the lounge staff.

Great location convenient to train and subway stations. Beautiful hotel and knowledgable and friendly staff. Easy access to on-site restaurant, bar, executive lounge, and off site restaurants that are plenty and in walking distance. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel facilities and stay are wonderful. There are plenty of food, shopping, banking, postal and transportation optons within two blocks. The only drawback is that it is further out of the main site destinations of Beijing. It is still within the second ring, but it just takes more time to get where you want to go and you must budget your time for that. That was the ONLY drawback to my wonderful stay. But it was manageable for sure.
