The only good thing about this hotel was Jelte who tried his absolute best to fix the many problems that we encountered. This hotel need a refurb quickly. If you have to stay here get access to the executive lounge.
Good location, easy access to various local attractions. Staff very friendly. Communication at times was a challenge. Clean, well cared for property. Executive level service very good. Would definitely stay there again.
Great location, lovely room, great room service, automatic room upgrade as a hilton gold member, great breakfast with plenty of choices for Chinese/Non-Chinese. Overall we had a pleasant night and will definitely stay here in future visits to Beijing.
I arrived and was early to check in and after a long flight with no sleep they found me a room and upgraded me to a executive suite as I was a gold member of Hilton Honours. Staff were friendly and all spoke great English. Room was a great size and clean and tidy. Executive lounge was nice and had a food breakfast choice as well as soft drinks in the afternoon.
Lovely hotel, staff, location and value. This is my favourite business hotel in Beijing. When I checked in, Betty of the Executive Lounge, upgraded me to a spacious suite on the 21st floor. The king bed in my room was very comfortable. The hotel is a four minute walk to the nearest Metro Station on Line 7.
Very nice accommodations in a good location with excellent service at a reasonable price. As a Hilton Gold member I was upgraded to a nicer room and was able to take advantage of the Executive Lounge. There is a shopping mall next door to the hotel with many good places to eat at reasonable prices. Had an excellent sushi dinner at a very small cost.
I stayed 3 nights here after 9 nights spent going around China and Tibet. This was our last stop and I was exhausted. I was pleasantly surprised to locate the secret garden on the 3 rd level next to the spa. It was nice to simply sit outside there during the day or evening for a break from everything. Also, I treated myself to a foot massage with Ms. Liu Qin #199 and it was wonderful. I have had a lot of massages and she was very good for tired feet after walking the Great Wall of China.
Highly utilitarian room which served its purpose. Even with the BRG I received which made the room really cheap, i was still upgraded to an executive suite as part of my Diamond privilege. Checked in with my mum and when the staff realised that i would be sharing a bed with her, offered to provide a complimentary rollaway bed. Did not get to use the lounge, but breakfast was satisfactory. Location wise, while a little out of the way, it was an affordable Didi ride from most sights. For the price i paid, would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Great staff, great room, excellent location. From our private check-in to the attentiveness of the staff, all about this hotel was great. Room was larger than expected with comfy beds. Located close to a subway, we had easy access around the city. Had access to the executive lounge which offered a wonderful, varied breakfast and super evening appetizers and cocktails.
Disappointed with my stay. We booked this hotel based on location and swimming pool. After we checked in we found the pool was not working. After two days we moved to Hilton Beijing as their pool was working. We found the staff helpful in everything else but they didn't care that we were upset about the pool. The room was nice but dark and too modern at the cost of comfort (glass bathroom wall) with light under counter that we couldn't turn off causing me to have to wear eye covers so that I could sleep! Location was good, breakfast was excellent but no local restaurants so we were stuck with the hotel food, which was nice but no atmosphere and expensive.
