The location beside the railway station and near by supermarkets , the swimming pool, lounge, services is very good & the staff (alla & hongmei) in the lounge is excellent The rooms is comfortable I recommend to stay in this hotel (pudi hotel) or spend time in his restaurant (bistros seafood)
Booked this as a Marriott chain and was concerned when changed management but I shouldn't have been. Arrived before check in and shown to executive lounge for about 20 minutes while they finished the room. We booked executive room so lounge included, breakfast, soft drinks anytime, snacks but for us the food on offer was enough for our dinner. Staff we great and most spoke enough English to get what you wanted. Room was big, kids loved the pool and really close to train station to get around if you want to be independent. The room was warm but again didn't bother us. Felt very safe walking around local area but traffic is very very busy so need to take care crossing roads. One note, we were mostly first on and last off any day trips but I'd definitely stay again
Amazing service amazing staff special thanks to Renee Ren she is so helpful would go the extra Mile to make the stay extra extra Amazing and she changed the room and finished any problem i have Big thanks to her and her whole team
We came to Beijing for the first time, then chose a hotel near tiananmen square and upgraded the executive suite. Alla is the lounge manager and she very nice, when she knows we are first time come to Beijing, she recommended to us a lot of tourist attractions,Beijing local food, let us feel at home service, let me like this hotel very much.
The location is good, nearby the Beijing railway station. Environment is also very good, which is a five star hotel, before is Marriott, service in the Executive Lounge very good and people’s very friendly!
The rooms at the Beijing Pudi Hotel are quite spacious, and very comfortable. There are several very good restaurants within the building, as well as 2 grocery stores (similar to 7 eleven). The staff were very good - extremely accommodating. The hotel backs on to the old city wall which was built during the Ming Dynasty. It is also close to the Beijing Railway Station, and plenty of other public transport to easily navigate the city.
Great service, lovely staff, especially Ms. Ayoki was giving real good and friendly customer service, not to forget to mention how pretty she also is - real professional. Will definately come back next time when i’ll be visiting in Beijing.
Stayed here when it was still a Marriott. Hotel was not easy to find as the entrance to the lobby is somewhat hidden. There are lots of food choices nearby - actually just within the building. The hotel is a shared with building with restaurants and office spaces.
The hotel is a couple of blocks from the main train station. There are many bus lines that run on the man street near the hotel. Two stops on bus Line 140 goes to one of the main shopping centers. The staff at the hotel was outstanding. We were checked in and out by Frankie at the Front Desk. She speaks very good English. We had two rooms at the hotel. Frankie carefully explained all the charges on our bill at check out. There is a bank of three passengers elevators that run through the center of the building. There are rooms on both sides of the bank of elevators. The elevators arrived fairly quickly when called. The full buffet breakfast in the main dining was very good many stations. All the dishes selected were very good. The Wall in front of the hotel is not the Great Wall. The Great Wall is a couple hours drive from the hotel.
My stay at BMHCW was so amazing; located in a convenient part of Beijing, This hotel offers amazing service anyone would want. From its location that is few blocks from Beijing Railway Station, 4Km from Beijingnan Railway Station, few Blocks from Subway and Bus stops, a lot of taxi crossings and Taxi hauling drivers. There are several restaurants within the complex, shops, Bar, Barbecue etc. The rooms are so quite that provide a really quite sleep for the Guest. Charming staff is another credit i can give. I remember one Lady Wendy; she serves with passion and charming. Food was nice; variety of dishes and barbecue. Conference facilities are standard. The pool is big and clean hence a great relaxation for swimmers. Looking forwards to come again.
