Another wonderful stay at the Beijing Marriott North East, Janna in the executive lounge was very helpful and amended my booking with great efficiency, always greets the guests with a lovely smile and nothing is too much trouble! Will return when next on business in Beijing as the service throughout is always excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a very nice hotel. My first time staying here. I would say this is one of the best hotels in Beijing. The staff in the lounge are very friendly and helpful, especially Julia., who were very thoughtful and considerate. Will definitely stay again.
The Marriott is a decent business hotel with solid service. Rooms are acceptable, but dark, and the property is starting to look a little bit tired. Location: This Marriott is in the Liangmaqiao neighborhood, about a 5-10 minute walk from the French, American, Malaysian, South Korean, Japanese, and other embassies. Liangmaqiao's Four Seasons and Westin hotels are in another section of the neighborhood, closer to the subway and the nearby Sanlitun area, which is popular with expatriates. The Marriott's location is fine, but to me is not in the most convenient part of Liangmaqiao. The hotel seems to cater to business travelers, and isn't especially well-located for tourists. Service: Staff members are professional, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out are handled quickly, and those services are available in the executive lounge for those staying on the executive floor. WiFi isn't great - but that's typical in many places in China. Rooms: Rooms are comfortable, but are starting to show their age. The property could use a refresh. The rooms are also extremely dark. Amenities: I didn't have a chance to use the gym. There's an above-average Indian restaurant in the hotel, and a Starbucks on the ground level. Overall, the Marriott is a solid choice if you have business in the area.
I strongly advise to choose this hotel. I have been staying in an Executive Deluxe room, that was more than comfortable - and more quiet than some other hotels in Beijing. The services provided by this hotel are extraordinary: the capsule coffee in the room was a great surprise, a huge standalone bathtub was pretty enjoyable, the 2 saunas are operational (and warm) from early morning till late night, the number (and quality) of equipment inthe gym was really surprising, the variety of the breakfast is amazing - can make your 3 weeks stay diversified... The best part is the Executive Lounge, that I strongly request for anyone to upgrade to. The buffet style breakfast comes with a great variety and fantastic quality and the liquor offering is huge. One thing I can guarantee: Jessie and Julia will make sure you don't suffer from anything. They can prepare basically an infinite number of cocktails for your taste, they are very kind and thoughtful, and can fulfill your complex requests as well. I send my hones gratitude for the whole staff!
This hotel has a great service, especially in the executive lounge, I would like to highlight Julia for a great service and wonderful experience I have been staying in this hotel for many years and it was always a good experience. Great service and good locations
I have been travelling to Beijing scince 2006. The professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the staff at the Beijing Marriott North East would definitely satisfy the most discerning business traveller. The executive lounge team; Jessie, Janna, Julia and the team. The concierge and check in staff: Blair, Leo Brian, Michael, Nana and the rest of the team. Thank you for making this hotel my home away from home.
Very good club lounge service, Crystal was very helpful. Also nice to see Polo again at the receiving area. The air was very dry in the room - a humidifier was provided but did little to help this. Also the temperature was inconsistent. Overall a nice stay
Stayed with my husband who is on business trip for 5N in Beijing Marriott Northeast. The room 1910 is beautiful, especially the bathtub. However the room is constantly “dark”, unable to have a good picture taken unless it’s taken in the day. The main facade of the hotel is also “dark” at night due to the glass feature. The swimming pool is lovely but poorly lit. Would be lovely to have the building, as well as the room, lit up (hotels with bad lightings should be things of the past). Staff that we interacted are “generally” helpful. Special shoutout to Polo the doorman; from breakfast service at the second level restaurant: Abby, the juice boy and the pastry chef. Thank you for your excellent service with a smile. Other staff needs to be more aware of their expression : they “generally” show their stern face and their reply comes across as curt. They need to make extra effort (with a simple smile) to make guest feels comfortable. The women street no longer exist as they have moved or vanished. Subway to airport and town is a quick 10mins walk away. To get to the subway station, you have to walk pass a construction site which is poorly lit at night. :( Overall a happy stay.
The Marriott Northeast is comfortable, well located, clean, modern, exceptional breakfast buffet. There are other hotels having these positive qualities, however there is at the Marriott Northeast an atmosphere which makes it different compare to others. The personnel is taking care of you and they make you feel comfortable. I wish to mention : the front desk attendants ; the concierge who is such a dynamic, competent and helpful person ; the waiters at the breakfast buffet, they try very hard to provide you with exactly what you want, in a relax and smiling atmosphere. Yes I definitively feel very good in this hotel
It is my first time to Beijing. The hotel is really fantastic. I am impressed right when I arrived hotel in taxi. The staff stationed outside is attentive and helped with the luggage all the way to room. The check in process is smooth and done within 10 minutes The room is big and clean. Wifi is also good with a good connectivity. The rooms are spacious and the layouts provide a great workspace which is perfect for business travellers.. This is the best hotel in the city, I highly recommend staying here anytime someone is traveling to Beijing.
