August 2016 and stayed 1 night on the park on fly deal and impressed with the the quality and service giving a relaxing and stress free pre-flight experience. Booking the same for Aug 2017 was a no-brainer. unfortunately booking for Aug 2018 is also a no brainier - not a chance in the world. On checking into the hotel on a quiet Aug 5th Saturday afternoon we were given the key card to our room. alas when entering discovered that the room had not been serviced from previous clients with bedding and pillow strewn across the room. However was quickly rectified following a trip back to reception. The experience in the lounge bar was shocking - inept staff - we came across 4 staff who were all as bad as each other. the command of the English language appeared to be a big factor. Our starter turned up wrong and was sent back. 10 minutes later the starter re-appeared closely followed within minutes by the main courses (only half way through starters) where yet again one of these was sent wrongly so had to be sent back to the non-busy kitchen. complaints made to staff resulted in shrugged shoulders from one - with an apology but no more from what appeared to be restaurant "manager". Alas noticed 2 families in close proximity where they too suffered the "fools". I personally witnessed one of the young male waiters drop chips from a plate to the floor only to pick them up, place back on the plate and serve to diners - disgraceful. half expected to,see Sid James and Barbara Windsor as one of those 'carry-on' film moments Once regarded Hilton as one of the better providers and always one of the ones we looked for when staying in the UK - no more - why should I be bothered as afterall the staff don't care. you been warned potential clients

On our feet for the two days of Luton Mela, this hotel served us, wonderfully well. Near enough to be very convenient, far enough not to be swamped with Mela attendees! Our family room proved a comfortable success with our adopted "nephew", in what was his first quality stay. Bar food was very good too.

This hotel was perfect for our needs as we were attending a wedding at the very near Putteridgebury. However it is located on the edge of town not on the doorstep of other bars or restaurants. Also the nearest ATM was a 2 mile round trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was complimentary still and sparkling water. We used the pavilion restaurant which was very good. We only had a sandwich but they were very nice and included a good portion of chips. We sat in the reception area which was good and had a nice open fire feature. Staff were very good in all areas. My only criticism was that there were 3 of us in our room but only 2 towels. As this was only an overnight stay we never mentioned it but I would have expected a towel each.

We recently stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. It was great for what we wanted and we had a nice lunch when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The rooms are clean and well equipped, there was an iron, ironing board and hairdryer in the room and all rooms have air conditioning. There are plenty of places to park in the hotel too.

If you happen to get a room on the side of the hotel facing the A505, I suggest you ask to be moved! The traffic never seemed to lessen throughout the night. Oh, and the hotel and staff are great otherwise!

Stayed for one night before our flight from Luton. Very helpful front desk staff, especially Tania. They sorted out more toiletries for us and brought us more milk in no time. Room service was prompt and delicious. And breakfast was very tasty and they allowed us to have it slightly earlier due to our early flight. Comfortable rooms with great walk in shower big enough for two ;) Pricier than some hotels around the area however it is worth it!

We chose to stay at this hotel as we were attending our son's graduation at nearby Putteridge Bury the following day. We got a great rate booking direct with Hilton and chose our hotel room when we checked in through the Hilton Honors app. On arrival we were quickly welcomed by the lady on reception who booked us in and even arranged for a taxi to Putteridge Bury the next morning. Parking cost £5.00 which we thought was reasonable. We stayed in room 249 on the second floor. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It even had an in room safe, hairdryer, iron & ironing board and a small fridge which had milk portions in for the complimentary tea and coffee. The room had a large shower and basic toiletries but no bath. We had breakfast the following morning which was a buffet. The choice was good and very fresh. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and would recommend this hotel for comfort and friendly service.

Is an okay hotel, could be a lot better but seems to mainly be targeted at overnighters travelling in and out of Luton Airport. I would only stay at this hotel for a night or two as not really the sort of quality I need for longer visits.

its a typical Hilton, - clean efficient and ideal for an overnight business trip, ate in the bar as i arrived fairly late, - service was perfect and room was clean and tidy, - aircon was fantastic as my stay was during a silly heatwave !

I stayed in this hotel for two nights as a base for the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. I had a standard double room on the second floor. The room is large and airy, with plenty of natural light from a large window. The bed was really comfortable, with a selection of pillows. There was coffee and tea making facilities, an iron & ironing board, safe and a fridge. The bathroom featured a bath with shower over, and the shower was powerful and hot. Sound proofing from other rooms was excellent, and I barely heard anything from neighbouring rooms. The hotel has a good restaurant serving good, tasty food, and a self service canteen like area which is really useful, and comes with a microwave. Two lifts to all floors, and ample parking (at a charge) I thoroughly recommend this hotel to families and business travellers alike, as its only a short five minute drive into Luton town centre, and five minutes from the motorways
