Family break

This holiday was an impulsive week away with my husband and 3 older children. The apartment was perfect for a larger family with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. There is a sauna and there will be a steam room ready soon too. The pool was clean but cold at this time of year. The hosts were very attentive and friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. It’s very hilly where the apartment is and you would ideally need a car to be able to make the most of the beautiful coastline. We were out of season and it was very quiet.

Huge Apartments in great condition although they are up a steep hill from the beach. Bit isolated in terms of local facilities although plenty of bars down at the beach.

There was broken glass on the door of the shower cubicle which was dangerous and should have been replaced. Also the wash hand basin water was slow to drain and the smell was bad. There was also a large crack in the window of the bedroom. The window of the living room was dirty.

We arrived late in the evening and were met by the hotel owner's son Milan, who was very helpful and service minded. He showed us the way to the parking lot, where we could park our car throughout our stay - free of charge. Our apartment was new and fresh and had both washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment hotel is located on a steep hill and is not very suitable for people who are hard at walking. However, for our family, it did not matter. There was nothing that the hotel owners could not help us with. They ordered food, booked taxi and could fix with basically everything. We can only recommend Montelux appartments and thank Milan and his parents for a wonderful stay. If we go back to Montenegro, we will definitely stay here again.
