Happy Valley penthouse 3 bed chalet, ski in and out, pet friendly
Spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains from this brand new top floor 3 bed/2 bath chalet. Bring the whole family including the dog, to enjoy this tastefully decorated unit with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, fireplace, 5 person hot tub overlooking the skating rink, comfortable living room with down sectional sofa and two swivel chairs. The main bedroom boasts a king size bed and a beautiful ensuite with steam shower. The second bedroom has a cozy queen size bed and is next door to the hall bath. Off the kitchen is the kids room with full size bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa. When it is time to get outside you are steps to the gondola, tube run, children’s ski school, beginner ski run, skidoo rentals, dogs sled tours, horse drawn sleigh tours, and skating rink.
Enjoy high speed wifi, in suite laundry, smart tv and a comprehensive cable package including sports.
One parking stall inside ( Fits a Tundra or short box F150 's ) or smaller Any 3500 and 350's Trucks will not fit. One parking pass for outside and its a first come first serve basis. If required the Happy Valley lot below does have overnight parking passes that they sell. Summer months there are always outside spots available.

Happy Valley Penthouse
This place was clean, bright and spacious and great for our family of 6 with grandma. Lots of room for gear in the locker, lots of space for jackets and boots in the entrance and an empty fridge and cupboard for groceries. Kitchen was well stocked without being over crowded. Loved the steam shower and watching the fireworks from the hot tub on Saturday night. The owner was easy to communicate with and flexible.

Grants Condo is amazing, the best family holiday we've ever had. Location is right near the gondola for easy ski In/ Out. Condo has everything you need and is very clean. Grant is a fantastic host with great communication and hospitality. We'll be back!

Family Gathering
We had a fabulous time skiing Big White and the property was a wonderful retreat to come back to and relax. It accommodated our two families perfectly. Grant was super accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend his place!
