good and convenient. A bit pricy though. looking for something in he 50-60 dollar range.

When I first got there I had to keep ringing the bell to get rung up they gave me a room that it was so hard to open up a clothes that make sense actual work hours did get them immediately the breakfast was a joke they used to have real food must be owned by someone who doesn't care about breakfast employees arguing about who's going to do what was not a good sign hotel has bad appearance when outside when it was time to leave I had to keep ringing the bell to get attended tothat was sad. But it was better than the baymont inn

This property was great for the price. Beds were comfy and room stayed cold. Breakfast was awesome given the small breakfast room but I would stay here again in the future!

Great value for the money, your basic amenities are covered, hot breakfast was a plus!

Very clean and friendly We enjoyed our stay Yummy breakfast

Magaly was very patient with me trying to locate the hotel as the GPS took me somewhere else with the same hotel address. The hotel is at a very convenient location and near a lot of venues and stores. Loved it

Facility is isolated in oil refinery fields and about 5-6 miles from town but that was OK with me because the price was acceptable. There is a grocery store about a mile away in Port Acres and a convenience store in their backyard. Aesthetically, the building was gutted some with cut-away sheetrock and exposed wall insulation, electrical wires, plumbing, etc. on the first floor but you can't really blame the owners for that due to hurricane Harvey being the culprit. Rooms were pretty clean. Front desk woman was nice. The breakfast was somewhat lacking with few choices. Room bathroom vent and hair-dryer did not work. I hope the owners take into consideration the damages from Harvey and lower the price accordingly since they are unable to provide a motel in good shape and then raise the price to its normal fee once all the construction is completed.

The exhaust fan inside the bathroom didn't work. There is a slight unpleasant smell in entering room on second floor (middle area). Walls are quite thin or lack sound proofing. Curtain is a bit short to cover the whole window (perhaps it shrunk). Some strands of hair on bed sheets plus a little mold or black dirt in coffee maker. Doors seemed have been damaged by a crowbar once as though they were all forced open.

Nice Hotel for it's age and location. It's kinda in nowhere land, a industrial area. The room was small but, very clean and comfortable. Great for a overnight stay or a couple of days but not a vacation stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

I will not be staying here anymore, nor will the companies i do business with recommend any clients to stay here either. They have already removed this Hotel from the recommended to stay at list. This list goes out to every body that plans on travelling to site for business reasons. I have never been charged a deposit when my room was fully paid for with my credit card. Not only do they have access to my credit card number if there was an incidental charge but i was a returning customer bout every two weeks. I also have never been refused a copy of anything I signed agreeing to terms with money as a guarantee. Also if you do pay with credit, online and in advance. You will still pay $100.00 deposit for incidentals and the hold on the account is for 72 hours. Make sure you know all the stipulations before you click reserve at this Hotel. I personally will never stay here again.

Hotel was nice the first night we stayed, looked clean and comfortable is away from everything the second night I noticed the room was not fully clean and mosquitos invaded our room, when I call the front office someone came to look and was very nice about it unfortunately had no other rooms, nor bug spray, it was very difficult to sleep and got bit a lot, we left immediately the following morning even though we still had a night left, manager reimbursed two nights for our trouble, that was very nice!!

The staff were friendly which made my stay better. The room was nice, it had a modern feel to it. Yes I would recommend them to my friends.
