Staff was pleasant, outside of that this girl jump the fun and opened too soon after renovating every hallway and room had strong fumes from the fresh paint boxes with inventory left in hallways that made getting luggage cart through difficult and elevator was not accessible meeting getting luggage and pack and play up the stairs fun mind you we rented a suite but didn’t feel too sweet pool was closed but wasn’t notified before purchasing room the room itself wasn’t bad aside from the fumes but that’s the only passive thing I can say here

Very nice staff for my check in and check out. I was greated when I left and when I came back to the resort. The room felt roomy and clean. The hallway leading to my room was under construction. I think as a safety concern, they should have the hallway closed off and redirect people. I would have understood. The room was labeled as a garden view room. There was no garden, just a parking lot, dumpsters, job trailers and some grass. That all being said, I would still stay there again. was .

check in was delayed due to a gas leak, which happens during major renovations, overall staff worked hard to keep the place clean but alot of work going on during the day renovating rooms. bar staff particularly Eric was great. The girl at the front desk was very busy at checkin, but worked very efficiently to deal with all the problems. our room had no heat and we where moved to another room. We knew the pool was closed but it sounds like it may never open again. They need to update there website which still says they have a pool . overall it was a good trip, but they have a lot of work to do to over come the recent past troubles.

The resort is under renovation and pretty early into it. The staff were very kind and helpful(Eric). It is unfair of me to rate the state of this property while under renovations. The new rooms are very nice but there are still a few quirks they need to work out. It is how ever disappointing that they are closing the pool area as we have stayed there in the past and this was something we were looking forward to.

The staff were great. They were in the process of remodeling which would have been good to know. But they made up for it and invited us to their grand opening. It will be great when complete but right now the rooms are VERY dated. Overall good stay because of the staff.
