Arrived at 2 pm, was told there were no rooms available and we'd probably have to check in at 4. Upon check in, was not told of some of the amenities of the hotel - overheard aboout them from staff assisting another guest. Very little hot water in the bathroom- took lukewarm showers. Was awakened at 745 am by staff delivering towels and a microwave that we didn't request. Room was good. Service was poor. Won't plan to stay again.
