The room was in poor maintenance and the toilet didn't flush properly, there was a hole in the wall

The room was nice, clean and homey feeling. However. There were no towels, washcloths or a garbage can in the room. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee in the room so it made it all better.

Other than the roaches the place was not too bad for the price. I was in room 328 and a week before that room 312. Room 328 had roaches.

The front desk staff and cleaning personnel are very courteous and understanding. They both go above and beyond their job duties. The room is very comfortable and quaint. The price of the hotel room is very reasonable. The only drawback is security. I have noticed throughout my stay, drug dealing between guests only one floor down from my room. Also, I have witnessed one guest under the influence of methamphetamines. Besides the security issues, the hotel is well worth the price

We arrived late or we would have left. The room look like it should have been under construction. The texture was off the ceiling over the bed, severe carpet stains, mold in the bathroom ceiling, wide crack under the entrance door. Staff very unfriendly.

Staying here was a last minute decision. The staff was horrible, they ignored me for five minutes when I came in to check in and decided to help their maids clock in instead of taking two seconds to help me when I was ready to check out. There was a lady there complaining that they had charged her card multiple times and taken all her money. Instead of them fixing the problem, they told her to come back at 8am. The bathroom in the room was NOT CLEAN and the heat didn't work! Don't waste your money on this place!

I love red roof inn. I primarily stay only at these hotels because of the value and rooms, my mother and I stayed 2 nights out of 7 days. Each room was different. I'm not a complainer by nature because I like red roof inn's, but the first night there was mold in the bathroom ceiling, wifi only outside and the second room, the door handle was off on the inside, and once again, only could get wifi outside. I didn't say anything to the staff about the wifi but mentioned the door handle. Nothing was done about the broken door handle. I'll still stay in red roof inn's, just need to be addressed is all.

The staff was very polite to my mom and I, the wifi inside the room was non-existent so I had to go outside to use it. Kinda a bummer.

Immediately upon walking into the room the smell of mold and mildew was overwhelming. I have never stayed in a dirtier hotel in my life and if it were not prepaid I wouldn't have stayed here. Very shady area. The bath tub was disgusting and the parking lot was covered with broken bottles from all of the parties going on in the hotel. Not worth the money at all!

Motel management was very knowledgeable about surroundings and very nice and helpful.

It was better than i expected. Room was clean spacious. Only downside was there wasn't anyone there when i got there to check me in For almost an hr.

Great stay, great weekend getaway, great location ....................................................................................

Convenient inexpensive& clean very close to food/ attractions

The hotel met my needs and expectations, which made the stay well worth the monies paid.

The check-in process was easy and well organized. The guest service rep displayed a wonderful & helpful attitude that indicated a genuine concern for the needs and accommodational expectations of the guest. Thus, the entire experience represented a keen desire that exemplified appreciation which welcomes any guest to return, and reccomendation to others that that this location proves to be an excellent choice to consider for their traveling neefs.

alright nit too good u didn't like the stay people were rude

Nothing fancy. Nothing bad. Just a place to rest your head for a night.

I stayed here one night on business. This is not a week long hotel. Not the worse but not the best.

It was okay. Pet friendly. No continental breakfast as advertised.

NEVER STAY HERE, IT IS THE WORST HOTEL!!!!! NEVER, NEVER STAY HERE!!!!!
