Your picturesque view is of the lake and all the amenities of the clubhouse. The clubhouse includes fitness center and pool. The clubhouse amenity is offered for an additional fee and owner assumes no liability for you and your guests. Townhome has wireless high-speed WIFI and laptop friendly workspace.

Everything You Need Near LSU IS A new property which continues to showcase design and functionality of Poree's Homes. This new construction is perfect for a small cadre to enjoy Baton Rouge and the LSU area. This home is located in the best neighborhood of Baton Rouge. This home features modern design and our signature reflection of our love for the state of Louisiana. Close to everything you need restaurants, entertainment, water park, I-10 and Louisiana State and Southern University and more. Your view is of the Lake and all the amenities of the clubhouse. The clubhouse includes fitness center and pool. We have recently added the addition of pets to the property. Pets are only allowed up to 20 lbs.

The living area features a lot of natural light with sofa leather sofa and chair. There are games available to play during your stay.

The kitchen is well stocked with Keurig coffee maker, coffee supplies, toaster, rice cooker, blender, pots, pans, waffle maker and other key kitchens essentials to get your southern cooking on.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, large closet and 50 inch smart tv.

The second bedroom features a full bed, large closet and 42 inch smart tv. This bedroom utilizes the full bathroom across the hall that is also shared with living area.

The home features a two car garage on the backside of the home. There is also ample off street parking located on the front side of the home and the clubhouse.

This townhome is close to all of the action. LSU is 7 minutes away. This is a very walkable neighborhood where you will find many choosing to walk around bayou country.

While the neighborhood is perfect for walking. You will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get around Baton Rouge, LA.
