The property was conveniently located in downtown near restaurants and super easy to get to campus.

Everything was clean and functioned well. Super comfortable bed. Fully equipped - gym, business facilities, etc. Central city location. No complaints, good value.

Loud street noise kept waking us up

There is no parking available. You take your chance of parking in a business spot or paid parking lot

Good location and good value for money. Clean. Airport transfer is a plus.

Very clean and accommodating! Rooms are large, bed linens are clean, and free breakfast is good. Good price!

Staff was professional and friendly during my one night stay. Room appeared updated compared to the building age so I inquired and learned it was a recent conversion of what was a bank at the beginning. Nicely done work and materials. It was convenient for my travels.

Very nice. Free breakfast ends to early. Would stay again.

The room itself looked decent and it was clean. The price was reasonable for a downtown location. The two biggest complaints that I have is the bad view and bad breakfast. The interior rooms on the second floor where we stayed have a window that faces into a void and ugly middle area with nothing but a drain in the middle of the floor/roof. All you can see is that void area and the windows of the other guest that have an interior room on second and third floor. The breakfast was really bad. All the food was overcooked and they didn't have much out. The first day of our two days at the hotel, the man that ran the breakfast was coming out and asking if everything was okay and explained that the food truck had not arrived yet and they were lacking things. Well it was 9 AM and breakfast ends at 9:30 AM. Breakfast on the second day was just as bad if not worse. Not sure if the food truck was late on the second day too, but there wasn't much out that day either. Either way, lack of food doesn't explain why the food that was out was do bad. Nice guy running breakfast, but the food was very bad.

We were met by the most friendly and helpful valet. The check in process was fast and efficient. I was impressed with entire staff I came in contact with. Our room had a sliding bathroom door that had come off the runners. A maintenance person was send up very quickly. When the repair was going to be lengthy, we were delivered key cards for another room in short order. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a good and plentiful continental breakfast. Check out was a breeze. The valet brought our car around quickly and loaded our luggage for us. I will be sure to use this hotel in any future trips to Baton Rouge.

Room very clean, staff friendly, close walk to all things to do downtown!!

Recently renovated, pleasantly surprised with cleanliness, in a good part of town. No fee for dog! I would definitely stay here again.

The best part about my stay at this hotel was the complimentary continental breakfast. There was a full, fresh spread every morning but most importantly, there was variety! My family and I don't eat pork and it's rare that restaurants, or even hotels offer other meat alternatives. This hotel offered turkey sausage everyday, which felt like a special treat - seems like a small matter, but it was a nice surprise. In addition to the breakfast, the staff was SO FRIENDLY! Everyone was very accommodating and had great attitudes. We were in town for a very traumatic reason, so it was nice and very calming to return to the hotel and be welcomed by smiling and helpful staff.

Staying at hotel close to Convention Center for National bowling tournament. Restaurants available or Slim close down at 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. . No shuttle service to airport on day of leaving not accommodating two people traveling and flying out early in the morning. Manager on duty Samantha Dunbar very rude not accommodating when explaining we needed to be to airport by 6 a.m. to catch our flight. She told us Point Blank you would need to contact a taxi company . Had an experience of a fire alarm going off at 2 in the morning evacuation was done in the correct manner front desk person at that time was awesome we were given the ok to return to the building and found out there had been a robbery while we were out of the building. Do not feel it was the responsibility of the front desk person to be at the front desk when all this commotion was going on. She did an awesome job! In conclusion when Baton Rouge is hosting a major event like Women's National bowling tournament for three months the hotels and accommodations should be improved.

Conveniently located right downtown! Clean, comfortable, and friendly. Only drawback is that there is no convenient self-park - you pretty much have to valet.
