room was very big and nice. There just wasnt any tissue. Also most of the light bulbs were blown out. It also had things inside the refrigerator that must have been left over from previous guest. Other than that, the room was great. I booked the two bedroom suite, it was very spacious. It was almost like an apartment or condo.

It was a very nice experience and I would definitely return. I little more maintenance in the shower would help for sanitary reasons And not many people notice but underneath the furniture could be vacuumed. It was very pleasant and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend and the location of the hotel is pretty nice too!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was a little apprehensive at first because the pictures from the website appeared to look like an Airbnb and when I arrived, it appeared that there had been a recent rebranding. However, those feelings were put aside when I entered my room. It had the feeling of an apartment that was decorated with retro looking appliances, but had modern flat screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. We had friends over and it felt just like home. I was delighted to find out there was a complimentary continental breakfast that was very accommodating. Although it’s not downtown, it took less than 10 minutes to get there. LSU is also very close.

Loved everything about it to the kitchen, to the dining area to the living room to the bedroom and the bathroom. It was nicely decorated. Loved the decor. Had plates,pots,cups n everything. Like a mini studio apartment.

The carpet under the bed was dusty and dirty, there were cockroach remnants also on the carpet near the bed. The room initially seemed clean and fine but when we checked under the bed we decided we couldn’t stay and checked out!

This “hotel” is more like a downscale apartment complex. It is not by means the worse but it needs serious help! 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Towel bars broken, both toilet paper holders broken, 2 out of 3 TV’s worked first night of check in. Whole apartment needs painting interior and exterior. It wasn’t cleaned properly. Instead of a themed apartment, it look like it was used to house hurricane victims which would be a bad thing in many ways but helpful as an alternative to camping out on the streets. Now the floor entrance, here is a very nast & dirty door (interior) and the frame of one side was an accident waiting to happen. Maintenance came up for the TV concerns and ended up taping the floor with blue duck tape. There is playhouse furniture, 4 old hard chairs 1 of which was broken. The sofa is a seat for one but describes 2. It’s much smaller than a love seat. Now, I gave two stars for one reason, check in staff friendly, the cook for breakfast which was phenomenal was super friendly and clean and the maintenance staff was super friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast was great. We are a family of 5 who chose this place because it according to the internet description accommodated 5 people. I was the person to choose the place and my expectations were let down. I barely stay at any hotel with less than 3 stars. For the price, we could have added a few more dollars but we didn’t want to walk all our luggage back downstairs to the car so we had to make do. Also, bring your own dishwashing liquid. There is no 24 hour desk service at all. It’s really managed like a 1 star crappy place. 4 Light bulbs in the kitchen burned out. Just a mess. Lamp leaning against the wall in the living area did not work. We were 5 adults paying for this room for 2 nights and I for sure was ready to go. Never again!!!! Ask to see the room first!

The two bed room suite was not clean. They didn't have any other rooms available so I had to stay in that one. The jacuzzi tub didn't work. Just horrible I want a full refund because the room was bad.

Where do I start? The check in experience was bad, front desk attendant (and every attendant thereafter) couldn't be bothered to remove the headphones from their ears to actually make it seem like they wanted to help you. Room was "renovated" (I use that term lightly). New tile in shower but gross old rusty shower bar. New sink in bathroom but gross old brown stained toilet and standup shower in master bath. Cute décor, but strange soft spots in the floor that was concerning. No housekeeping ever came through. I had to physically go to the desk and ask for clean sheets that I had to put on (even though I was spending $150 a night to stay there). They also charged my credit card for 4 nights even though I was only there for 2, and they also rented out my room that I was still staying in on Saturday (through Sunday) and I had a woman trying to get in with the key card they gave her at the front desk. Then when I called to inquire about the 4 charges ($600 in total on my credit card) they attendant said I had gotten a "no show fee" (even though I checked in on Friday like I was supposed to at 2:30pm). Some of the towels were brand new, some were dingy and gross. I would tell anyone that was coming to Baton Rouge to either a) Stay at the Marriott, it's cheaper and has better customer service or b) If you're looking for a place with a kitchen/more room to move, look on Air B&B or VRBO. There are soooo many cute places for $90 per night that you'll have a much better experience with. This place is DEFINITELY not worth it, I will not being going back there ever.

Needs Improvement. Replace towels or clean with bleach. Fix holes in the wall and toilet top that was broke. Stock bathroom with tissue in each bathroom. Make sure refrigerator is clean on the outside.

Wifi didn't work, could connect to router but no internet access, front desk no help. Property appears to attract extended stay crowd. Everything seems a bit dated Bed was comfortable though. Moved to Drury for second night only $9 more.
