With colourful upholstered furniture, beautiful bedspreads and sophisticated light fittings, this historic building has been renovated perfectly. Situated in the busy artisan quarter of Bath, there are a wonderful array of cafes and boutique shops only moments from this wonderful apartment. The Roman Baths are a 10 minute walk and the Thermae Spa a 12 minute walk.

The Space:
This beautiful apartment is bathed in lots of light from the Georgian windows above. The apartment is ideal for friends and family and accommodates 6 guests. As you enter there is a shower room to the right and a king size bedroom. This bed is a zip and link so it can be made into two single beds. There is a large living room with comfortable sofa, chairs and large flat screen smart TV, you can access entertainment such as Amazon films and Netflix. There is a dining area with a fold out dining table that seats 6. In the well-equipped kitchen, there is seating at the breakfast bar for 4 people.

Upstairs there is a super king bedroom with ensuite shower room and a double bedroom. Please note due to the open planned design of the apartment the Mezzanine where the Super king bedroom is located overlooks the living area - there is a glass balcony rather than a wall.
