The hotel is in an excellent central location, just a short walk from some of the main sights you would want to see in the city. Getting around was very easy. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely lovely throughout my stay. I stayed on my own with my dog and we were given a very sweet room with a city view. The room was small but perfectly sufficient and comfortable for us. Breakfast was very good, with items selected from a menu and served quickly. The service was efficient and friendly, and the dishes were fresh and tasty. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would happily choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Great breakfast! Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift. I’m 69 and struggled to get our bags to the room. Floor slanted at least 10 degrees. No hot water in the shower😳. Staff very nice - carried my bags down on departure and called cab to pick us up! Location outstanding - near train station and all attractions.

A good place to stay in Bath

Newly remodeled rooms in pub/inn. Quiet and comfortable and in a great location for exploring Bath. Breakfast was also good. Parking was a bit inconvenient and expensive.

PERFECTLY FINE BUT NEEDS SOME SLIGHT ATTENTION

Good pub with rooms. Location was excellent. We had an attic room which meant the bathroom in particular had limited space for a wash basin and decent shower. It is a very old building and needs a freshening up. However it was perfectly OK
