Very friendly family, nice space, rooms and kitchen, bit chilly in day as radiators on preset time, but family able to accommodate if pre aware no guaranteed or private parking

The room is cleaning and large. But there's no vivid logal in front of the house,because the houses in neighbourhood have same appearance，actually we went through the house for many times but we didn't get in,it's not happy experience with lots of luggage.

A tasteful home in Bath

My wife, little boy and I stayed at Percy Place for a short weekend this August. We had a beautiful top floor bedroom, tastefully decorated, with wonderful views over the garden and the hills that surround the city. We also had access to a small kitchen and a clean and light-filled bathroom. The owner did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible and although it's a fair stroll from the centre (30 minutes from the railway station and about 20 from the main sights) Bath is lovely to walk around and all in all we found Percy Place to be the ideal base from which to explore the city.
