Victoria park is just over the road, with the Royal Crescent as its backdrop it has a huge playground and is host to various celebrated events all year round.
The beautifully presented interior is light and welcoming. There is a stylish open plan living space with dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms (one king size, one twin room) and a modern bathroom.
